Erica was so patient and thorough in answering our questions and explaining the basics. I cannot recommend Erica enough! I truly don’t know what we would have done without her—and I’m so grateful we didn’t have to find out. What I especially appreciated was her flexibility in working around my hectic schedule leading up to our trip. And the chef’s kiss? Her incredible support with bookings and questions while we were onsite and completely overwhelmed. Erica is organized, knowledgeable, patient, and an absolute dream to work with. She made every step of the process easier—and even enjoyable!

We worked with Erica to plan a full week at Disney World during February school vacation week this year. She had us in the perfect hotel for our needs (group was ages 6-73), had our dining reservations all set, and planned out our daily agenda with us. It was one of the busiest weeks of the year at Disney and Erica’s work made the trip seamless - we waited in so few lines, got everything we wanted in, and had an amazing week. Saved us a bunch of money too. There’s no excuse - you should work with Erica to plan your trip.

Our trip to Disney was truly magical and the credit belongs squarely with Erica’s expertise and detail oriented approach to planning. She spent so much time developing our vision for the trip and helping me come up with a strategy for our days. The planning paid off and I was able to enjoy this magical experience with my family. PS. Do the multi pass lightening lanes! Our longest line was 25 minutes.

Erica did a fantastic job of helping us plan our vacation. All of the planning involved in going to Disney can get pretty overwhelming and she made it super easy for us. We had a fantastic time and I don't think the trip would have been near as much fun without her help in planning and booking things. I'm not going to go to Disney again without using her to help.
