Groups, weddings, honeymoons--Mexico offers it all

Pam was super to work with! She made planning process easy! She took care of all the details and was knowledgeable about the resorts we had to choose from. Also, she stayed in touch with us before and during our vacation - which was helpful! We felt connected and safe during our vacation.

We told her where we would like to go and she was very quick about getting some info to us with plenty of choices for our budget. She arranges everything…even service to and from airport when we arrive at the destination. She sent us a email with an app that kept track of all the information we were going to need for our trip. With reminders of things to do…very helpful. We did book our own airline tickets because we had the miles to use.

Our first time cruising and Pam made it as smooth of a process as possible. We had a great time. Looking forward to our next adventure.

This was our third trip using Pam at flip-flop travel. Everything was laid out for us so there were no questions or there was no confusion with regard to details for the trip. I would definitely recommend flip-flop travel. We will be using them again next year.

Pam was amazing. The night before we were going to leave there were changes with our outgoing flights. She worked for hours to get it all straightened out! She got everything worked out.

Pam did an amazing job finding hard rock in Cabo for us and there is not one thing that we disliked about the resort. Everybody was so welcoming from the cleaning staff to the concierge to all the waiters. We especially enjoyed that UMOCIO restaurant and the GALLO restaurant. They were all very, very good, but it was fun to try very authentic meals too in Nebraska.

We stayed at the RIU Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta in late January, and it was the perfect winter escape. While temperatures back home were in the single and even negative digits, Puerto Vallarta was a beautiful mid-80s every day. Pam, our travel agent, made the entire trip effortless—from our flight out of the Lincoln airport to transportation from the Puerto Vallarta airport to the resort. Everything went seamlessly. Our stay at the RIU Vallarta was excellent. I truly have no complaints. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, the resort was clean and comfortable, and the food was great with plenty of drink options. The beach was beautiful, and the variety of pools was impressive. I would absolutely stay at a RIU resort again. Next time, we plan to bring our grandkids so they can enjoy it too.

The trip was as great and well planned by Pam. Having the private transport to and from the airport was great! The resort was very nice and relaxing.

Recently traveled to Alaska for a 2-day ground, 7-day cruise experience. Pam made sure EVERY detail was taken care of - from lodging to transfers to required documentation - we had absolutely no worries!! We had a marvelous time and the sights were spectacular! This was the second trip that Pam had arranged for myself and my husband. Last year, for our 40th anniversary, we went to Zimbabwe and South Africa which was the best experience EVER! We had great guides, beautiful rooms in wonderful resorts, incredible safari sightings - it was an experience of a lifetime! Highly recommend Pam's services - she is amazing and her attention to detail is so incredibly reassuring, no matter how far your travels take you!

Our group doesn't travel often with young kids at home, and Pam worked with us extensively to help us find the "perfect" spot that met most of our top priorities, including an all-inclusive, adults-only resort with a swimmable beach. The RIU Palace Pacifico in Puerto Vallarta did not disappoint. The resort is gorgeous, very clean with friendly and accommodating staff, the rooms were beautiful, the food was delicious and the ocean was so fun (and warm) to swim in. We had an amazing time and we're so grateful to Pam for helping do so much research to find the right spot. We can't wait to plan another trip with her!

We had an amazing trip to Barcelo Maya Resort in Rivera Maya. Pam had everything set up from private transport, to premier status check in which provided us reservations at all the restaurants. She had very informative email about what to expect on arrive and checking out for customs on return home. We could not have asked for a better experience!

With our first trip, we had a resort temporarily close for renovations after we had already booked it and then we had our kiddo get sick and had to reschedule the trip. We stayed at the Barcelo in Riviera Maya for our son's senior trip, and it was an amazing experience! The resort offered something for everyone—our teens loved the casino and the variety of pools, which gave families the flexibility to enjoy their own space while still being together. The service was excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Pam—she was organized, helpful, and a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. She’s an excellent communicator—she sent detailed emails so we always felt well-informed about the travel plans, and she was even willing to hop on a call if we had questions. Transfers were smooth, making the whole trip stress-free. Highly recommend!

Our honeymoon at the valentin in Mexico went perfect. I felt that I knew what to expect when traveling and what things to do/avoid because of Pam’s help when planning and purchasing our trip.

From the very beginning of working with Pam it was a great fit. She really listened to what we were wanting in an all inclusive resort and the type of Vacation we were looking to have. She gave us many different options with background on each of them and was able to answer all of our questions. We wanted all inclusive, adult only, amazing food, and not a party scene. The resort she found us was nothing short of AMAZING! It checked every single box plus more. Pam always answered us in a timely manner and willing to call and chat whenever we needed. She lined up our flights, hotel, transportation to and from the resort and made herself available to us even while on vacation when we had a question. A friend of mine shared Pamela’s information on Facebook, and said she had used her multiple times for booking trips. I reached out, and not only was Pamela kind and informative, she was quick and very knowledgeable in her responses! Once we booked she guided us through every step. There were no surprises! I’ve referred her to a friend and a family member already, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again!!

We loved our accommodations and so glad we got to experience the different parts of Costa Rica. The transportation arranged by Pam was excellent and they were always on time and very helpful. Wonderful people there. We enjoyed all the different restaurants. The excursions were so much fun and beautiful. Again, the guides were outstanding!! Loved all the hints and prior instructions from Pam, really made it an easy trip for us! Can’t wait for our next one!!!

Pam had great insight on the resorts in Mexico. She did not overwhelm us, and respected our wishes for our vacation. She helped us book a new flight when ours was canceled.

From everything to picking out our resort to making sure we got there safely and helping to rebook our canceled flights the day before our trip, Pam was there for us! I was so impressed that less than 24 hrs before our flight she was able to reschedule our whole group to still arrive the afternoon we were supposed to. I will definitely use her services again!

We have used Pam now for 4 trips including our beach wedding. We have had amazing experiences with all 4 destinations. Any time there is a snafu like a plane cancelation Pam is on it and gets us to where we want to be the beach! Working on our next trip soon and will be booking with Pam.

It was good. The food was not the best we have had. I think bc it was a small resort not many options. It seemed like they never had enough help at the pool and at suppers. Sometimes we felt like a bother bc they weren’t overly friendly. We tipped well but I think they needed more helpers. Also seemed like they kept “running out” of drinks. For example we would order wine and go through 2-3 bottles and the waiters would say we our out & we would ask to talk to their boss and then we would go get more. They did that in Jameson and Michelob ultras. Would like a place with swim up bars and closer beach front. We enjoyed our company. My sister & her husband and older brother &wife surprised us and came. That was super fun!

I can’t recommend Pam enough! We went to the Dominican for our honeymoon and Pam literally did everything for us. All we had to do was pick the destination! I had never travelled internationally before. Pam was so patient with all of my questions and walked me step by step through the process of traveling through the airport and getting to and from the resort. When the room we wanted wasn’t available, Pam worked for MONTHS to try and get us a refund. She never gave up even when we did! Pam is not only a great friend but an amazing travel agent!

Pam has helped our family of five take two special trips by helping us travel to Jamaica and Cancun over the Christmas holidays. Not only did she select amazing resorts, but she made sure that everything was taken care of from insurance to transportation to detailed activities in the area. She is kind, patient and very thorough with the research that she provided to our family. When she plans our trips, I know it’s going to be an amazing adventure. I never worry that I’m not going to like the community or it’s an unsafe area. I love working with someone local so that if I need to talk to her on a Sunday night or a Monday morning I can do so. I have been working with Pam for travel for over 6 years. I have truly appreciated her desire to make things work for the traveler. She answers her phone day or night and recently a storm came through that would’ve affected our travel and she worked to reroute to make sure we made our destination. The communication lasted almost all night. It was epic!!
