INDIVIDUAL, GROUP TRIPS & DESTINATION WEDDINGS.

We had a great time! Pam made traveling a breeze! Resort was beautiful and the staff was friendly. Food was excellent!

I can't thank Pam enough for all that she did for us for our trip to Cabo for my nephew's wedding. We had a great time and will definitely be using Pam again for our next trip!

Pamela did an excellent job planning our family trip to Mexico. She made sure everything from flights, transportation and the resort was taken care of. Planning our trip was stress free and easy!! We will definitely plan another trip with Pamela in the future!

Everything was perfect! The trip was so organized by Pam! She took great care of all the details! We will definitely be going back!! The resort definitely met and exceeded my expectations! Pam…you can start looking for our next getaway adventure!!

Pam makes the entire travel planning process feel effortless from start to finish. I love knowing that she’s thought of every detail, so I never have to worry about missing anything. She’s incredibly organized, and the app she uses is so user-friendly—it really simplifies everything and makes traveling feel exciting instead of overwhelming. She’s also very responsive and always gives her honest opinion, which I really appreciate when making decisions. I would absolutely recommend Pam to anyone looking for a stress-free and well-planned travel experience!

Pam was super to work with! She made planning process easy! She took care of all the details and was knowledgeable about the resorts we had to choose from. Also, she stayed in touch with us before and during our vacation - which was helpful! We felt connected and safe during our vacation.

We told her where we would like to go and she was very quick about getting some info to us with plenty of choices for our budget. She arranges everything…even service to and from airport when we arrive at the destination. She sent us a email with an app that kept track of all the information we were going to need for our trip. With reminders of things to do…very helpful. We did book our own airline tickets because we had the miles to use.

Our first time cruising and Pam made it as smooth of a process as possible. We had a great time. Looking forward to our next adventure.

This was our third trip using Pam at flip-flop travel. Everything was laid out for us so there were no questions or there was no confusion with regard to details for the trip. I would definitely recommend flip-flop travel. We will be using them again next year.

Pam was amazing. The night before we were going to leave there were changes with our outgoing flights. She worked for hours to get it all straightened out! She got everything worked out.

We love having Pam as our travel agent! This was the third time using her services and will definitely be back! Pam has everything explained and beautifully organized for us! All we do is show up!

It was amazing. Pam made it easy with the step by step instructions for the airport and all the information needed to get through customs Thank you for making the restaurant reservations for us. The food was great. Would definitely use her for our next getaway.

Pam did an amazing job finding hard rock in Cabo for us and there is not one thing that we disliked about the resort. Everybody was so welcoming from the cleaning staff to the concierge to all the waiters. We especially enjoyed that UMOCIO restaurant and the GALLO restaurant. They were all very, very good, but it was fun to try very authentic meals too in Nebraska.

We stayed at the RIU Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta in late January, and it was the perfect winter escape. While temperatures back home were in the single and even negative digits, Puerto Vallarta was a beautiful mid-80s every day. Pam, our travel agent, made the entire trip effortless—from our flight out of the Lincoln airport to transportation from the Puerto Vallarta airport to the resort. Everything went seamlessly. Our stay at the RIU Vallarta was excellent. I truly have no complaints. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, the resort was clean and comfortable, and the food was great with plenty of drink options. The beach was beautiful, and the variety of pools was impressive. I would absolutely stay at a RIU resort again. Next time, we plan to bring our grandkids so they can enjoy it too.

We booked our Mexico trip through Pam in 2025 and she was amazing to work with! We had the best travel experience with no hiccups and the process beforehand was very easy!

Our trip was amazing! Pam made everything so seamless and easy… from the transfers, to recommendations, to customs… I 10/10 recommend! Can’t wait to book again!

We had the BEST time. Travel is seamless, she always has the best transfer companies for us. The resort was incredible, she got us in brand new rooms and they were worth every penny. She even had drinks for us when we got picked up from the airport.

Pam was extremely helpful and made our experience effortless. She was very accommodating and easy to teach if we had questions.

Working with Pam to plan our 1st trip outside of the US was the best decision we made. She worked with us on finding the best resort to fit our families needs. The resort was clean, the staff was friendly, and had everything we wanted. The itinerary and apps provided to us before we left proved to be extra helpful during our vacation. The excursion was more memorable then we could have imagined. Its hard to plan a vacation and have everything meet all your expectations especially outside of the country but we could not have asked for anything better. I will most definitely work with Pam in the future and recommend her to anyone I know looking for a travel agent!!! THANK YOU!

Pamela started helping us plan our honeymoon by providing full details of options right away, during the midst of wedding planning. Everything from start to finish was so easy, I 100% couldn’t have planned it without her. The timelines and resources she provided were spot on and made traveling easy as could be, and even easier to relax and be in vacation mode. We will be booking with her again on future trips and would highly recommend.

10/10 place we will definitely be back!! Booking with Pam made everything so seamless and easy!!! I will definitely be booking through her again!!!

We have used Pam several times and wouldn't do it any other way! She makes traveling very easy!

Highly recommend Pam. From the very first email reply to the last she was so easy to work with, so kind, professional and took care of everything. Will definitely be using her again!

The trip was as great and well planned by Pam. Having the private transport to and from the airport was great! The resort was very nice and relaxing.

The trip was already planned by friends and we joined in after much of it was done. Pamela did a great job by adding us as we booked much later. She was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

Recently traveled to Alaska for a 2-day ground, 7-day cruise experience. Pam made sure EVERY detail was taken care of - from lodging to transfers to required documentation - we had absolutely no worries!! We had a marvelous time and the sights were spectacular! This was the second trip that Pam had arranged for myself and my husband. Last year, for our 40th anniversary, we went to Zimbabwe and South Africa which was the best experience EVER! We had great guides, beautiful rooms in wonderful resorts, incredible safari sightings - it was an experience of a lifetime! Highly recommend Pam's services - she is amazing and her attention to detail is so incredibly reassuring, no matter how far your travels take you!

My wife and I have been traveling to the Caribbean for a long time and this was easily one of our best vacations! Pamela made everything a breeze from booking us the perfect room to adding a touch of love with a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival I highly recommend her!

Vow renewal and great time with friends that was hassle free due to Pamela

Pam really made me and my boyfriend feel as comfortable as possible considering it was our first trip alone out of the country. we had no problems whatsoever during our vacation and we have her to thank for that! Can’t wait for our next vacation and will definitely be going through Pam again!!!

Pam was super helpful with everything from picking a location, to the many questions I had- got back right away- to explaining everything thoroughly to helping when we needed it while traveling! Her attention to detail is unmatched! Would book a trip through Pam again.

Our group doesn't travel often with young kids at home, and Pam worked with us extensively to help us find the "perfect" spot that met most of our top priorities, including an all-inclusive, adults-only resort with a swimmable beach. The RIU Palace Pacifico in Puerto Vallarta did not disappoint. The resort is gorgeous, very clean with friendly and accommodating staff, the rooms were beautiful, the food was delicious and the ocean was so fun (and warm) to swim in. We had an amazing time and we're so grateful to Pam for helping do so much research to find the right spot. We can't wait to plan another trip with her!

Pam was such a help from the beginning of planning, sending us so many different location, details, and pros/cons to deciding where to go. She helped us when ever we had a question or may have changed our minds on something and was so thoughtful when doing so. I 100% would book through Pam again! Shes the BEST at answering all our questions and helping us feel comfortable in the decision we made on where to travel to. We had a very smoothe vacation with no problems at all.

Pam helped my wife and I book a trip to the DR for our honeymoon last year and now this year the Bahamas. Both trips were amazing! Best trips we ever took. Pam was a ton of help on both. Thank you so much for everything!

Pam was very patient with all of my questions & did a great job providing various options based on what we were looking for and within our budget.

We had a great time! Great weather, eating, activities, etc.

We had an amazing trip to Barcelo Maya Resort in Rivera Maya. Pam had everything set up from private transport, to premier status check in which provided us reservations at all the restaurants. She had very informative email about what to expect on arrive and checking out for customs on return home. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Pamela was absolutely wonderful. So helpful in planning everything! I would definitely book any trip I do in the future with her!

We’ve used Pam twice now and she is awesome! With our first trip, we had a resort temporarily close for renovations after we had already booked it and then we had our kiddo get sick and had to reschedule the trip. Pam took care of EVERYTHING for us!!! It was 100% stress free!!! She is easy to get in touch with, is available day or night when you’re on your trip, and thorough with doing her own review on resorts. She has extensive experience in travel and we HIGHLY recommend her!!!

We had never traveled to a resort before and decided to for our 10 year anniversary. A family member recommended Pam and she asked the right questions, came up with a few options with prices, and put together a complete travel plan for us. Everything was done for us and I didn’t have to stress about forgetting anything, and she guided us through the preparation process to make sure we had the necessary documents to travel out of the country. I will be booking our next trip with Pam!

Our flight was canceled at nine o'clock the night before we were leaving..in a panic I called Pam at home and within 20 she had it fixed! It was a great trip and would do it again. I've never met Pam she was referred to us but would certainly use her again

We stayed at the Barcelo in Riviera Maya for our son's senior trip, and it was an amazing experience! The resort offered something for everyone—our teens loved the casino and the variety of pools, which gave families the flexibility to enjoy their own space while still being together. The service was excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Pam—she was organized, helpful, and a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. She’s an excellent communicator—she sent detailed emails so we always felt well-informed about the travel plans, and she was even willing to hop on a call if we had questions. Transfers were smooth, making the whole trip stress-free. Highly recommend!

Our honeymoon at the valentin in Mexico went perfect. I felt that I knew what to expect when traveling and what things to do/avoid because of Pam’s help when planning and purchasing our trip.

From the very beginning of working with Pam it was a great fit. She really listened to what we were wanting in an all inclusive resort and the type of Vacation we were looking to have. She gave us many different options with background on each of them and was able to answer all of our questions. We wanted all inclusive, adult only, amazing food, and not a party scene. The resort she found us was nothing short of AMAZING! It checked every single box plus more. Pam always answered us in a timely manner and willing to call and chat whenever we needed. She lined up our flights, hotel, transportation to and from the resort and made herself available to us even while on vacation when we had a question. This is the first time we used Pam’s services and will definitely use her again in the future. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for an amazing travel agent who really listens to your wants, needs and genuinely cares about the people she’s working with! Thanks to Pam we had the most AMAZING 10

A friend of mine shared Pamela’s information on Facebook, and said she had used her multiple times for booking trips. I reached out, and not only was Pamela kind and informative, she was quick and very knowledgeable in her responses! Once we booked she guided us through every step. There were no surprises! I’ve referred her to a friend and a family member already, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again!!

Pam was great! Always quick to respond and communication was great! She was very knowledgeable of our resort! Would highly recommend and definetly we will certainly use her in the future!

We loved our accommodations and so glad we got to experience the different parts of Costa Rica. The transportation arranged by Pam was excellent and they were always on time and very helpful. Wonderful people there. We enjoyed all the different restaurants. The excursions were so much fun and beautiful. Again, the guides were outstanding!! Loved all the hints and prior instructions from Pam, really made it an easy trip for us! Can’t wait for our next one!!!

Pam had great insight on the resorts in Mexico. She did not overwhelm us, and respected our wishes for our vacation. She helped us book a new flight when ours was canceled.

Pam has always been a great asset to us when we try to figure out where we want to go on vacation. We can give her a price range and she can help make it happen. She is very detail oriented and keeps us in the loop every step of the way. If anything isn't as expected at the destination, she is on it to get it resolved in a timely manner. I would highly recommend!

From everything to picking out our resort to making sure we got there safely and helping to rebook our canceled flights the day before our trip, Pam was there for us! I was so impressed that less than 24 hrs before our flight she was able to reschedule our whole group to still arrive the afternoon we were supposed to. I will definitely use her services again!

We have used Pam now for 4 trips including our beach wedding. We have had amazing experiences with all 4 destinations. Any time there is a snafu like a plane cancelation Pam is on it and gets us to where we want to be the beach! Working on our next trip soon and will be booking with Pam.

Amazing experience working with Pam Randall. She was available for questions any time of the and always willing to answer any questions we had. She went above and beyond setting us up for a great trip to St. Lucia!!

It was good. The food was not the best we have had. I think bc it was a small resort not many options. It seemed like they never had enough help at the pool and at suppers. Sometimes we felt like a bother bc they weren’t overly friendly. We tipped well but I think they needed more helpers. Also seemed like they kept “running out” of drinks. For example we would order wine and go through 2-3 bottles and the waiters would say we our out & we would ask to talk to their boss and then we would go get more. They did that in Jameson and Michelob ultras. Would like a place with swim up bars and closer beach front. We enjoyed our company. My sister & her husband and older brother &wife surprised us and came. That was super fun!

Had a wonderful experience working with Pam! She was very knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions. I would recommend her to anyone!

Pam Randall helped us find a beautiful resort in our budget, it was everything we wanted! She listens and asks the right questions, helped us every step of the way. This was our first international travel, so we had a little apprehension, but Pam gave us tips and advice and really I was so much more comfortable with Pam arranging our trip! She even checked in with us to make sure everything was going ok during our travels there. We would 100% recommend Pam Randall to help you book the trip of your dreams, we will definitely use Pam again in the future!

Our trip was great. Our agent was able to get us every detail we wanted again.

Pam was great to work with and was with us every step of the way when we had airline issues.

Pam made our trip a great experience with her advice & knowledge of our flight, passports/customs & getting to and from the resort. She’s said to call her anytime if we had an issues. Great trip and Pam helped us a lot on all the things to do in Mexico and places to experience.

I can’t recommend Pam enough! We went to the Dominican for our honeymoon and Pam literally did everything for us. All we had to do was pick the destination! I had never travelled internationally before. Pam was so patient with all of my questions and walked me step by step through the process of traveling through the airport and getting to and from the resort. When the room we wanted wasn’t available, Pam worked for MONTHS to try and get us a refund. She never gave up even when we did! Pam is not only a great friend but an amazing travel agent!

Pam has helped our family of five take two special trips by helping us travel to Jamaica and Cancun over the Christmas holidays. Not only did she select amazing resorts, but she made sure that everything was taken care of from insurance to transportation to detailed activities in the area. She is kind, patient and very thorough with the research that she provided to our family. When she plans our trips, I know it’s going to be an amazing adventure. I never worry that I’m not going to like the community or it’s an unsafe area. I love working with someone local so that if I need to talk to her on a Sunday night or a Monday morning I can do so. Pam is my go to for travel!!!

Pam assisted with traveling twice to Mexico. The process with Pam was easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. She is super knowledgeable about airfare, transportation to and from the airport, and the resorts. Before your trip, she talks with you and lets you know what to expect and pack. She needs tips and things to experience in email, so you can refer back to while you travel

I have been working with Pam for travel for over 6 years. I have truly appreciated her desire to make things work for the traveler. She answers her phone day or night and recently a storm came through that would’ve affected our travel and she worked to reroute to make sure we made our destination. The communication lasted almost all night. It was epic!!

We have used Pam as our travel agent for our last 11 trips!!! It gives us such peace of mind having her to help us out. She knows what we like in a resort and always there to answer questions

Listened to all my requests and was always ready to talk with me. She walked us through every step of the way!
