We had an amazing experience working with Rita, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! When our original vacation had to be canceled because of hurricane damage to our resort and destination, she immediately stepped in and found us an incredible alternative at Windjammer Landing in St. Lucia. She handled every detail of our trip seamlessly—from arranging private airport transfers to the resort to coordinating a wonderful local photographer for our family photos. Every part of the vacation was thoughtfully planned and completely stress-free. What truly set Rita apart was her level of care and attention. She checked in with us every day during our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find someone who continues to provide that level of service even after you’ve arrived at your destination. Thanks to Rita, what could have been a very stressful situation turned into one of our favorite family vacations. We are so grateful for all of her hard work and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone planning a trip. Thank you, Rita, for going above and beyond!

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Rita Shikhanovich - a true professional and an amazing person! From the very beginning of planning my vacation in the Dominican Republic to the end of the trip, I felt genuine care and attention. Rita showed exceptional sensitivity: she patiently answered all my questions (even the most unexpected ones), took all my wishes into account, and offered thoughtful solutions. What impressed me most was that Rita didn’t just organize a vacation at the specified resort - she sincerely cared about my comfort. She promptly responded to any queries, stayed in touch at all times, and gave useful advice both before and during the trip. Thanks to her approach, the holiday in the Dominican Republic was perfect: everything was organized smoothly, without unnecessary hassle. Now I know exactly who to turn to for my future travels! I sincerely recommend Rita Shikhanovich as an honest, attentive, and reliable professional in the field of tourism. Thank you very much for your work and kind attitude!
