She planned everything for us and made all the reservations, including our flights. When the airlines changed one of our flights so that we could no longer make the connection, she got the airlines to agree to an acceptable alternative. She made herself available whenever we had questions.

We asked Jodi to book us a very last minute (12 days in advance) trip for our 35th anniversary to the Bahamas. She took care of EVERYTHING and then went to bat to get money back for us when we switched our accommodations. She was very helpful and accessible to answer all of our questions. She made sure we had all the information we needed for every step of our travel. We will definitely use her services to book future travel!

Our trip to Kauai was amazing! We did a week of adventure tours like zip-lining, kayaking, hiking, sailing, and snorkeling, but also had enough time to relax and enjoy the beach. It was the perfect blend for our family of four, and every detail from the flights to car rental, condo, excursions, and even a few restaurant suggestions were planned by Jodi. I would definitely use Sweet Memories Travel again!
