I create and maintain a detailed guest booking spreadsheet, track reservations, payments, and deadlines, and serve as the main point of contact for your guests for all travel-related questions. I personally reach out to guests to assist with booking their flights, resort or cruise accommodations, and any additional travel needs, making sure everyone feels supported and informed throughout the process.I also keep the couple in the loop every step of the way, sharing updates on who has booked, who is still pending, and any important details that need attention. This means you are never left guessing about your guest list or travel status, and you are free to focus on enjoying your engagement and planning the celebration itself.I specialize in destination weddings in Mexico, the Caribbean, and on cruises, working closely with trusted resort and cruise partners to help secure great value, perks, and group-friendly options whenever possible.
