I remember my first Christmas market trip to Brussels. We literally had a different amazing, inexpensive meal every night at the Brussels Christmas Market. A few years later we did a very magical Rhine River Christmas Market river cruise with Viking Cruise Lines.

We travel almost every Thanksgiving. It helps to save vacation time and extend your trip. Guess what were doing this year for Thanksgiving, we're trying out Canada Christmas Markets this time, specifically Quebec.

New Years is also a great time to save on vacation time and get a holiday experience. A couple of years ago we were on a Royal Caribbean Cruise for New Years and it was so much fun with the balloon drop in the atrium at midnight, and they had other activities in the day.
