Detailed and Flexible Planning for Iceland Trip

This was my first time planning a trip outside the country I was residing in, and Kim was a huge help from start to finish! I am very detail oriented, and having Kim there to help with questions and scheduling was a huge help in getting all the details arranged properly. She was very flexible and did wonderfully in helping keep me on budget and getting just the right tours scheduled. She also helped me throughout the trip in making sure that I was notified as soon as possible whenever modifications were made by tour providers. Having Kim help me plan this trip allowed me to relax not just on the trip, but during the planning process as well. Thanks Kim!
