My friend and I just graduated university and have never travelled independently before. We wanted to do something adventurous but didn’t know where to start with planning a trip. I needed to book my first ever international vacation with my Husband, which happened to be our “belated” honeymoon. I had no idea where to start and what I needed. Lush resort with lots of sun and shade by the pools. Natural foliage all over the place. Lots of monkeys on the resort, which makes for a cool experience. Food was good but not great. Drinks were plentiful and delicious. Beach had beautiful sunsets. Rooms were comfortable but not very private for using the toilet.

She reminds you of all the things you need to do to prepare for your trip..she makes sure thier are no changes to your itinerary..she answers any question big or small you may have. Karen booked three couples from BC Calgary and Nova Scotia. She arranged zoom calls as we had not all met. She was involved in the zoom calls and answered all our questions. She arranged our hotels and she arranged our transfers etc. She went above and beyond what we would expect to travel agent to do. While on the trip, we had a dental problem which she helped us to navigate While we were in London. She also booked hotels for us in London finding the perfect place for us to stay.
