My friend and I just graduated university and have never travelled independently before. We wanted to do something adventurous but didn’t know where to start with planning a trip. Karen was incredibly helpful and provided us with many options within our budget through a tour group called Exoticca. Karen was quickly responsive to all of the questions we had and helped us plan out trip stress free! She contacted Exoticca reps for us when we had questions and made planning this trip enjoyable. Karen even provided us with a list of things we might need to bring to Iceland as we were first time travellers (for example an adaptive charging block for foreign countries and an eSIM so we could use google maps and contact our families). The trip was absolutely amazing and it wouldn’t have been possible without Karen. Karen planned the entire trip for us and made it effortless! From the flights, hotel, all details as well as transportation in between and coordinating insurance options, it was seamless and easy! She took our wishlist and quickly provided options to choose from, ensuring all of our needs were taken care of!

I needed to book my first ever international vacation with my Husband, which happened to be our “belated” honeymoon. I had no idea where to start and what I needed. I saw Karen’s name recommended quite a few times in some local Facebook groups that I am in, so I decided to reach out to her and I am so glad I did! Lush resort with lots of sun and shade by the pools. Natural foliage all over the place. Lots of monkeys on the resort, which makes for a cool experience. Food was good but not great. Drinks were plentiful and delicious. Beach had beautiful sunsets. Rooms were comfortable but not very private for using the toilet.

Karen is truly AMAZING!! She goes above her basic duties. She reminds you of all the things you need to do to prepare for your trip..she makes sure thier are no changes to your itinerary..she answers any question big or small you may have. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes any possible stress away from your vacation so you can just enjoy your hard earned vacation! Karen has booked multiple trips for myself and family members...trips of 2 people to a group of 10! She lets you know all of your available options within your price range. She responds very quickly to any questions you may have. She really does everything...and always with a smile!. Karen is simply the BEST travel agent I have ever used!

Karen is the best travel agent anyone could ever have. She was excellent at finding the right itinerary for us. She is thorough in her research and has a huge knowledge base. She has exceptional organizational skills and was able to tailor the trip to our preferences. She offers sound advice when asked but does not overstep. When we had issues with the cruise line, she was a wonderful advocate on our behalf and went over and above to try and resolve the problem. She also made herself available when there were issues during our travel and took care of details that required adjusting. She is timely in her responses to our questions and concerns. Karen was very helpful in guiding my husband and I to book the best cruise for our needs. She took time to explain our options and help us with our first cruise to the Mediterranean. Karen has recently booked my 3rd trip! She has booked us a trip to California to go to Disney with my daughter & grandkids and when we ran into an issue, Karen spoke to Disney, had it resolved within a very short time and we had things fixed as well as an apology followed up with a credit to use at the resort! We have also booked an All Inclusive with Karen, she gave us amazing options and excursion ideas and we were 13 people travelling so it was hard to give resort options that met everyone’s needs, Likes, Wants and excursions! I have always wanted to go out West when I retire. I want to RV out & take weeks to explore. A friend suggested we take a mini vacation to go check it out. I saw Karen Weise appear multiple times in a group I belong to, stating she was an amazing travel agent. I decided to send her a text on an evening & weekend. Karen booked three couples from BC Calgary and Nova Scotia. She arranged zoom calls as we had not all met. She was involved in the zoom calls and answered all our questions. She arranged our hotels and she arranged our transfers etc. She went above and beyond what we would expect to travel agent to do. While on the trip, we had a dental problem which she helped us to navigate While we were in London. She also booked hotels for us in London finding the perfect place for us to stay.

We had the pleasure of working with Karen to book our stay at a luxury resort in the Caribbean. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. We asked Karen to find options to cruise to Norway to see the fjords through a referral from friends The options she came up with didn’t disappoint and before you know it we were booked, given excursion options both with the cruise company and with other companies, destination highlights and what we could expect on the ship. She booked our flights, pre-cruise hotel and tours and transfers! Karen gave us our itinerary with everything we needed to have in one easy document too! She always checked in with us to see if there was anything else we needed or to answer questions. We knew we were in good hands and have booked additional trips with Karen! We've used a number of travel agents in the past and while not disappointed, I just didn't feel they delivered a great product. Karen knew my parents were born in Ireland and when she saw this cruise sailing all around Ireland on the Azamara which we had never heard of this cruise ship, but lovely.It was listed as an intensive cruise & Karen took care of booking all our excursions. This is only one of our trips , there have been others she has booked for us always making it easier for travel for us Seniors. We recommend her highly to our family and friends.
