Karen was extremely helpful from start to finish. We have never been to Cuba so we really didn't know where to start. Karen provided us with a few resort options and we decided on the Melia International, Veradero. Considering all the hardships that Cuba is currently going through, you would have never known at this resort. Food was plentiful, drinks were cold and the staff were very accommodating and super friendly! The beaches are incredible if you like white powdery sand and blue oceans. Very well groomed and you can walk for miles! Karen assisted us along the whole way. From the beginning, she sent us links to fill out proper paperwork, right until the end of the trip, checking in with us to make sure everything is going smoothly and welcoming us back home. She was always a quick email away if we needed her. Im very appreciative of Karen's knowledge of the resorts because not all the resorts are in as good of shape with Cuba's current situation. I would highly recommend the Melia International Veradero, as well as Karen Peyton as your travel agent. Many thanks Karen!
