Anthony Warrior was very attentive to our plans and needs. We were originally assigned a bungalow with steep steps, which made access difficult. After I sent Anthony a video of the issue, he immediately contacted the front desk to request a different room. The new room was perfect—comfortable and easily accessible. His quick response and excellent service made our stay so much more enjoyable!
