If you are looking for a travel agent who truly goes above and beyond for her clients, I cannot recommend Lauren enough! ?? When we first started discussing booking our Disney Cruise, there were plenty of rooms available. Unfortunately, I was at a conference and stuck in meetings all day, so by the time we were finally able to make our decisions, almost all of the rooms had disappeared. I was so disappointed and honestly thought we had missed our chance. Lauren did not give up on us. She spent countless hours checking the reservation site over and over, going back and forth multiple times trying to find us a room. Not only did she successfully get us booked, but she also worked hard to find us the best possible deal! ? She was incredibly patient, answered all 9,000 of my questions without ever making me feel like a bother, and truly treated us like family throughout the entire process. Her dedication, kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making your experience special, but Lauren absolutely does. I traveled to Universal yearly but decided to use a TA one time and have never looked back! Having Lauren as my TA is amazing! I don't have to do all the work anymore and she always sends me a gift card for booking with her! I had been going to Universal for years before I used her and she still managed to teach me things I didn't know! Even if you "know" what you're doing, still use a TA! I had no idea it doesn't cost anything extra to use them and you support a small business!

Lauren has been absolutely amazing in helping us plan our March 2026 trip! I’ve changed the dates three times, swapped resorts at least four times, and completely reworked our package more times than I can count — and through it all, she’s been nothing but patient, kind, and incredibly accommodating.
