Brittany managed hotel, plane and car transportation for all 14 of us. Brittany did it all with professionalism and patience. Communication is key and Brittany promptly responded to our emails and calls (and there were a lot of them). We highly recommend Brittany and we will be using her again.

This trip was chosen as an anniversary celebration(45 yrs) some alone time for busy grandparents and relaxation in the warm Caribbean sun. It ticked all the boxes. We enjoyed the islands and the ship. Independence of the Sea is a bit dated but it went where we wanted to go. The food was excellent - better than previous cruises. We learned that the head chef for the dining room had a Michelin Star! Looking forward to working with Brittany for our next adventure!

My husband and I just returned from 9 nights in St. Lucia. We had an absolutely incredible time at the Sandals Grande St. Lucian. Absolutely incredible food and drinks, an amazing beach, and fun activities throughout the week. I need to thank Brittany for all of her work in securing us an amazing week! Brittany helped me and my husband book the perfect honeymoon! Our dream was to go to the Maldives and have one of those huts on the water with a pool - Brittany made that happen! We had quite a long time off since we traveled over Thanksgiving so Brittany also helped us book a few days stop in Milan, Italy (husband's last name is very Italian) which has nonstop travel to the Maldives so we didn't feel the burden of an additional stop. This really helped us reduce the jetlag once we arrived in the Maldives. Brittany gave us so many options and really helped us stay within the budget we gave her which we really appreciated! Her response time was within hours which really helps when you are browsing so many different resort options as the details are still fresh in your head. She checked in on us throughout our trip and was tracking our flights to make sure everything was okay which unfortunantely was not the case for our return trip. Brittany worked early and late hours (due to time difference) to help us look at flight options to get home as our original itinerary got cancelled due to weather issues. She even helped us organize a car service from the airport since we were traveling for over 2 days and one less thing to think about once we land. I have worked with our travel agents where you get auto replied emails or voicemails and I literally never had a time where Brittany didn't answer me right away even to tell me she needs a little time to get me an answer. I would highly recommend working with her, especially if you are unsure exactly what you want (as was the case for us) as she gave us so many ideas and options. She really knew what she was doing for the Maldives which really helped us as the amount of options is huge. We couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon and feel so forunate to have had Brittany help us make it come true! Thank you Brittany!!

Our first Disney trip planned perfectly by Brittany was pure magic. My 4 year old daughter actually asked me if she was dreaming several times! Each day was filled with the perfect mix of rides (that allowed for our 7 month old to go on as well), character experiences, dining and of course getting dolled up at the bippity boppity boutique! Being our first trip to Ireland, we were all a little nervous about making wise choices. Brittany's assistance was just what we needed. Brittany's hotel choices were exceptional. Could not have picked out better places to stay. We had a lot of tours scheduled and pubs to visit and the Hotel locations made all our getting around seemless. Brittany was extremely patient with my many questions and answered everything I needed to know. Her assistance with our flights gave us a better price than we were able to find. She was really truly a fine example of what customer service is all about. Brittany supplied us with information regarding transportation and finally we opted for a car service. The car service she selected was top-notch. All drivers were on time, extremely helpful with our many bags, polite, knowledgeable and created for us a worry-free travel agenda. It was fabulous. This trip would have been impossible without Brittany! We traveled as a group of 4 that have never left the USA before and done very little travel within the states. Brittany was beyond helpful at making suggestions, booking us the best possible flights (much better than ones we were looking at on our own) and making sure that every accommodation from hotel stays to transportation exceeded our expectations. We moved around 4 times within the country, and she assisted each part of the trip. Brittany truly saved us and allowed the entire trip, including the planning, to be a joyous and memorable experience. I cannot recommend using her for small and big travel.
