Viviana is so good at what she does. My task to her was to help me with the inconveniences to make traveling with 4 adults and a toddler as smooth as possible. She prepared all the niche activities we asked for, provided guides and even live support while we got lost (our fault ??). She was always ready to answer anything before and during travel, and checked in on our experience regularly. I got many compliments on our itinerary and location we stayed in, and I give her all the credit. Already planning my next trip!

Trip of a lifetime

Viviana helped us plan and book tours and museum entrances in London, Amsterdam and Rotterdam. She also booked our hotels and transportation between the airport, cities and booked our airfare. She was on top of everything and even checked in on us everyday to make sure there were no problems. She recommended the best hotels and we enjoyed each one! We could not have had a more perfect vacation. She kept us updated all along the way, provided options and made it very easy. Our trip went off without a hitch. We will definitely refer friends and family to her and use her for our next vacation!

We had the most amazing trip to Puerto Rico, all thanks to Viviana! She planned everything so perfectly, making sure we had a fantastic stay from start to finish.
At one point, we experienced a small issue—a power outage—but Viviana was on it from the early morning, ready to help us find alternative accommodations if needed. Thankfully, it wasn’t necessary, but the fact that she put everything aside to prioritize our stay meant the world to us.
Viviana is incredibly dedicated, leaving no stone unturned to ensure everything is well-organized. Her research skills are top-notch, and if you ever need to make a change, she explores every possible option to make it as affordable and convenient as possible—always keeping your needs in mind.

She arranged a luxurious spa hotel for me and an exciting dive adventure filled trip for my husband and son.
