Dream Vacations by Cassie

Cassie made our cruise planning super easy. She reminded us on to do items and made our dinner reservations for us! She even got my kids their own crown and anchor numbers!

We booked 11 days in Italy with Cassie and it was an incredible experience. We went from Rome to Sorrento to Florence without one issue. All the transports and excursions we had were absolutely perfect. Didn’t have to worry about a thing as she had it all planned out and organized. No way would we have been able to put this trip together on our own. She was in contact with us throughout to make sure everything went well. I could not recommend her enough. We will definitely be using her again! Thank you Cassie!

From start to finish, Cassie handled every aspect of our travel needs with perfection! Our accommodations were wonderful, and our excursions were just as fun as we had hoped they would be. She was always responsive, proactive with reminders, and even helped set our alarms for flight check-ins. Cassie truly went above and beyond! We had an incredible trip thanks to her thoughtful planning and care. We recommend Cassie without hesitation and will absolutely work with her again for future travels.

If you’re looking for a travel agent who truly goes above and beyond, Cassie is the one! She made planning my 40th birthday trip for 14 friends from multiple states completely stress-free. From the beginning, she took the time to understand the vibe we wanted and curated multiple resort and destination options until we found the perfect fit. When a hurricane and unexpected resort construction forced us to pivot from Jamaica to Mexico, Cassie handled every detail seamlessly. Coordinating a destination change for 14 people could have been overwhelming, but she made it effortless. Her communication was exceptional from start to finish. She answered every question, sent helpful reminders before our trip, and even noticed our flight hadn’t taken off due to a delay. She texted to check on us and asked if we knew the reason for the delay before. We truly felt like she was traveling alongside us. When we landed in Cancun, she had already arranged private transportation and even texted photos of our driver and exactly where to meet them. It made arriving so easy and stress-free. The thoughtful surprises throughout our trip were incredible. She arranged a birthday cake, sun hat, and fan waiting in our room, sparkling wine in our transportation to the resort, bottles waiting in each couple’s room, and even organized a complimentary private happy hour with dedicated servers and appetizers for our group. While also helping arrange golf for the guys at a PGA rated golf course. Those personal touches made my birthday celebration unforgettable. Cassie exceeded every expectation with her knowledge, organization, communication, and genuine care. She didn’t just book a vacation she created an incredible experience. Our entire group kept talking about how amazing she was. We can’t recommend Cassie highly enough and will absolutely use her for all of our future travels!

Cassie was absolutely wonderful to work with while planning our Disney vacation. She took the time to understand the type of trip we wanted and tailored her recommendations to fit our family’s style, preferences, and planning goals perfectly. Throughout the entire process—and even during our trip—she was incredibly responsive, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Her expertise made planning stress-free and allowed us to focus on making memories. I would highly recommend Cassie to any family or friends looking to plan a magical and seamless vacation!
