Disney and Universal Theme Parks

Susan always puts her customers first. She recently planned a trip to Italy for us. The trip was absolutely perfect and there was not one problem the entire time we were there!! Susan is the best of the best!! The trip was truly unreal!!! We owe our wonderful experience all to Susan!!

Sue was fantastic! she spent plenty of time with us up front, understood exactly what we wanted and she made us the best plan ever- this was the best trip my wife and I have ever taken and our expectations we exceeded every step of the way! It was the first time we used Sue and we will use her for travel every time now!

Easy. I told her about my family, what we were looking for, ages of my children and she put together a PERFECT itinerary for us. Found direct flights, children-friendly hotel, everything we wanted and more. It took away all my stress in planning, searching and comparing prices, numerous phone calls, etc.

We can’t thank you enough for all the help and efforts you made to help make this trip and experience so incredible and unforgettable! The hotels you recommended were amazing! Every single one. The locations were perfect we loved the botique feeling of Venice (perfect for that romantic city!) and the Rome suites were so nice and modern (perfect for that city and the end of the trip). But most of all, the Grand Hotel Fasano was absolutely superb! The views, the amenities, and their entire set up of the property was absolutely gorgeous. And the wait staff was some of the best we have ever encountered! I’m going to send them a separate note. Loved having the bikes for rent on site- we took full advantage of that one day! Also, the boat tour of Lake Garda was sooo cool! I’m also so glad we did the private boat from the Venice airport right up to our hotel - what a way to kick off the trip! Thank you again for all of your recommendations and just the itinerary of everything. You were right - so glad we didn’t try and squeeze in the Amalfi Coast and stayed primarily north. It was the perfect balance of travel and seeing a lot but not feeling rushed either for the time we had - you nailed it! Loved starting in Venice then Lake Garda and working to Florence and Tuscany. Speaking of Tuscany, that wine tour was amazing!! We did not realize we had it all to ourselves! I sent a separate email already to the owner, Giacomo complimenting him on the entire experience. Everything in general went relatively smoothly with regards to the drivers and transportation/ logistics you helped arrange and setup. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Especially our wine tour driver and guide at the winery! I also wanted to say thank you for your flexibility with everything and being so responsive throughout the entire process. That does not go unnoticed. I will definitely recommend you to others looking for a similar experience or more!

Susan planned every part of our 2 week vacation to Italy. All pick ups and tours were on time and fabulous. We would go back in a heartbeat and have her plan the trip again.

It is our joy to Recommend Susan Glover of “Favorite Place Travel” as a Travel Agent. We were considering a big Retirement trip and were thinking of a few things we would like to do, one of which was a European River Cruise. We knew they could be pricey but we still needed to use some financial restraint in planning this big trip. A friend of ours recommended Susan because she had been such a great help in assisting them with their trips. We met with Susan and she gave us some ideas on how we could meet those dreams without sacrificing the quality we hoped for. She also made us aware of some options that were less expensive, and in many ways better, than some of the more expensive ones. As we planned along the way she was also willing to make adjustments that better fit our budgetary needs. What we loved about Susan and her services were: She was delightful and Very Accessible. She responded quickly to questions and requests and she adjusted to our needs and desires. Details were well attended to; a digitally detailed Itinerary which included not only times and places, but reservations, tickets and extra information such as: trip insurance, guidance on tipping and background info on things we would be a part of. It was great to have our whole trip all in one place in chronological order and at our fingertips. All this preperation on her part helped make our trip that much more enjoyable and free from worry about details. We would highly recommend Susan as an agent to help plan your next trip! Pat & Kim Peglow

Susan was top-notch from beginning to end. She kept on top of flight changes and worked with us to adjust travel plans as needed. She communicated frequently regarding various options and choices available to us. Susan arranged with a local tour agency for an after-trip excursion and that was nothing less than fabulous. Again, attending to every detail. I would/will recommend her services without reservation.

Working with Sue Glover is always an amazing experience. She is incredibly responsive, extremely helpful and truly goes above and beyond to make every trip seamless and stress-free. Sue pays attention to every detail and consistently makes our vacations the best they can be. We wouldn't plan a trip without her!

Susan’s does a great job of helping you plan your entire vacation. Susan always responds immediately to your questions and planning your travels.

Having never been I wanted to make the most of my time and money. Susan helped us to plan the trip of a lifetime. Planes, trains, boats, cars. We used them all. It would have been impossible to do 3 countries and all the places we saw in 19 days without her. It was stress free all we had to do was enjoy knowing when it was time to move the transfers, tickets and lodging were all under control. We had zero issues and the itinerary was simple to use and access and we had everything we needed all in one place. The drivers were on time, they communicate in our language and got us to our destinations without fail.

Susan was excellent in helping me plan a special birthday trip for my wife for her 40th birthday. She was very transparent throughout the whole booking process and always kept me updated with everything. She was even able to get us upgraded to a club level room for additional amenities at the hotel. Our trip ended up being absolutely fantastic. We cannot wait to return to Charleston. Will definitely use her in the future. Thanks Susan!

The trip was great. We had a 2-week trip to Bordeaux, Lyon, and Chamonix in France. There were many ground transportation linkups, and all of them went entirely smoothly. Sue carefully proposed, planned, and sequenced each activity - wine and food tasting, trips to vineyards, exploring the villages and towns -- for us to get the most out of each experience. The guides she provided, Rachel in Lyon and Laurent in Chamonix, immeasurably enriched the experience. Guides are great in a group tour - we haven’t had a ton of group tours but have gone on them from time to time – but having a one-on-one guide added an extra dimension to the trip, giving a deeper scope and context to the trip. I want to add that Sue counselled us to get trip insurance which was excellent advice since we almost had to cancel or postpone the trip because of injury. We wound up being able to go but it was touch and go for a couple days. Sue rolled with the uncertainty and then modified and reduced the activity levels the day before we left. She was really great!!

Had the best family trip to Baha Mar! Susan helped us pick a location that could entertain our four kids ages 10-17 and it was fantastic! The food was delicious and the highlight for all of us was the dolphin swim!

Sue helped us plan a high school graduation trip for my son to London, Paris and finishing off with a river cruise to Normandy. Sue was an absolute pleasure to work with, always available to answer any question I had both in the planning stages and while we were already there. It was the least stressful vacation I have ever had and it was all because of the plans Sue made for us. She had us covered for everything we needed, transportation, guides, tours etc and everything she planned for us was absolutely wonderful! We were able to focus on spending time together as a family because Sue took care of everything else! We can’t wait to use her again for our next trip and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her. Thank you so much for everything Sue!!

Our first family trip to Europe was perfection! We traveled with our 9, 11, and 14 year old children and got to experience culture and family fun. This was our kids first time in Europe and Susan and her team took care of us every step of the way. From the private tours, car service, concierge daily check-ins, and all the beautiful hotels and amenities we couldn't have asked for a better way to experience Italy and Slovenia. If you are considering traveling with your kids, call Sue! She knew all the best things to do and see that made the trip perfect for kids and adults of all ages. We are already putting our list together of where our next adventure will take us!

We had a memorable family trip to London with 11 family members and Sue Glover was a big part of making our trip a success! She made hotel, transportation, and tour recommendations; listened to our input; and then devised a schedule that met the needs of our group. Everyone enjoyed the trip and we would work with Sue to plan future trips

We stayed in a wonderful hotel that was everything and more that we hoped it would be!

Sue made planning a trip for 20+ people easy for everyone. We gave her our requirements for our trip and she provided several fabulous hotel options. Booking and modifying trip details as needed was all handled by Sue, a total relief. We loved the hotel ultimately chosen and the entire weekend was epic. Thank you Sue.

Susan is great to work with. From the very beginning she was very responsive and knowledgeable in all aspects of international travel. We recently went on a trip to Sicily (multi generational) and she was very helpful in providing us information for hotel in Taormina that would suit our needs. Most helpful were the private drivers she was able to arrange for us to an from the airport and to our family town ( a couple hours away). Everything was seamless. Her own experiences and contacts there were most helpful.

Susan planned everything perfectly! We had no flaws, she covered everything we asked for and more.

I contacted Susan for help with a cruise. She helped with picking a cruise, getting airfare, excursions, and helpful reminders.

Susan was great to work with! She listened to what we wanted to do while we were on our first trip to Italy and made us a perfect itinerary! She was patient listening to our wish list (and changes to such list). She brought me creative ideas to consider that we folded into our plans and they were a success. True professional!

Sue was great to work with! She was quick to respond, gave us options, followed up timely, and checked in with us upon our return. Sue also gave us some suggestions for place to go and eat.

Seamless! As noted in the review title, this was a 17-day whirlwind of a trip which included not only Ireland, but Scotland as well. Due to Susan Glover’s attention to detail, everything went as planned. Speaking of planning, Susan’s answers to my queries throughout that stage were answered within 12 hours if not sooner. She was ready with suggestions for each place we stayed in, but was also open and able to comply with my requests. With all the transportation and shifts between cities, villages and towns, this could have been a nightmare. Instead we enjoyed every single day on one of our best trips ever.

We had a fantastic experience working with Sue. She put together an exceptional and very memorable trip for our family! She is so helpful and always very responsive. She put together a great itinerary and took care of every detail. She's the best, and I highly recommend her!

Sue expertly planned an amazing trip for five of us, two of our adult children tag teamed each other, so our travel plans were a bit complicated. With careful planning & scheduled pick ups at the airport , as well as perfectly scheduled transport to airports & railway stations, we made it to our destinations without the usual travel day stress. We started out in Finland to meet our daughter at her study abroad location. From there we met my husband in London. We boarded a fun Tea Bus to tour the city & also went to Tower of London & Buckingham Palace with a charming local guide. Next, one daughter headed home & another joined us in Paris. We went up the Eiffel Tower with an informed local guide. The Louvre & M O were arranged for us, early access was so helpful & less crowded. Last stop Rome with a
meaningful trip to Vatican City with early access & finally the Colosseum, both with knowledgeable guides. We stayed in charming hotels too

She was able to help me with all my questions

Sue was wonderful to work with. She provided a questionnaire that covered all the ways of getting to know us and our travel wishes. She communicated quickly and was always responsive. Her recommendation and experience truly made us feel confident in our first international trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and trip to maximize our time.

Susan was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was always responsive to our questions and helped with additional tours we wanted to take on our own. I would most definitely recommend her services if you are looking to book a trip.

I contacted her on the trip a few times and she always responded quickly with helpful information. She organized every step of our itinerary, reviewed it with us, and helped make the trip exactly what we wanted. I plan on using her services for every trip she is available to help with going forward. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Sue was incredible! She helped us with our entire trip from selecting the location and hotel to activities along the way. More importantly, Sue was with us every step of the way when we had a flight cancel due to weather. Without question, this was the best vacation we ever had and we owe it all to Sue! I would highly recommend her as we will continue to work with Sue for all future vacations.

Working with Susan was awesome! She was knowledgeable, informative, patient, and easily assessable. She returned calls in a timely manner and made sure we had our itinerary documents in paper, on an app and thru email before we left. Also glad we took her suggestions and travel tips! Also we appreciated we booked some of our own travel details and used her for some.

We Sue a list of countries we were hoping to visit in Europe and she made it happen! We would never have thought of the itinerary she suggested and booking flights alone seemed intimidating. Thank you for helping us to have the trip of a lifetime!

Relaxing, extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable

Excellent

My experience working with Sue Glover was great ! She planned everything and took the stress out of planning a trip to Mexico . I have not been to Cancun in over 15 years so I had no idea where to start . We were also bringing our boys so we needed something kid friendly. Sue picked the perfect resort for our family . We had the best time

We worked with Susan from Favorite Place Travel for two trips, a Disney cruise and a Disney/Universal park trip. Susan is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated to helping ensure you and your family have a wonderful time. Our Disney cruise was very complicated with extended family, and Susan was just terrific. Thanks, Susan!

Sue was a huge help planning our family vacation. We originally planed to travel to Aruba. Sue booked everything for us, I didn't do a thing. With the ever changing Covid restrictions, I decided at the very last minute I didn't want to leave the country. I called sue and again she planned everything. We ended up going to the Florida Keys. Sue set us up at a beautiful hotel and gave us recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area . Everything was great!

Service was above and beyond our expectations. Looking forward to our next trip.

Susan was great to work with. She communicated promptly and was accommodating when needing to make changes. I will definitely work with her again and recommend her to my friends.

Susan spent more than 6 months arranging the trip of my dreams for me and my family members. She patiently helped to accommodate not only the family requests but the many requirements of traveling abroad in today's world. And when we ran into some small issues during the trip she responded immediately. Am hoping to be able to travel in the future and Susan will be the first one I call. Thank you so much for the trip of my dreams.

Susan was very attentive to my wife’s and my preferences for our trip. She listened and made a trip that was inclusive of things we wanted to do, plus things we didn’t know we would want to do. She made the trip feel seamless and provided excellent direction throughout our 10-day excursion.

Susan is the best travel expert!! She helped us with every step of planning our vacation from finding the best flights & hotel for our budget & family of 5 to coordinating a luau that would be food allergy friendly! Susan educated us on the excursions and activities that our 3 teenage daughters would enjoy the most and booked them to make our trip hassle free. For Large trips or weekend getaways - Susan is awesome!

She was terrific. I would work with her again in a nanosecond.

I have used several travel agents in the past, and Sue is the absolute BEST! I would NEVER use another agent. She has gone over and beyond for all my travel needs to ensure I have the best trips possible. Anyone who uses her is very lucky to have her. I recommend her to all my friends and family! She is truly amazing!!!

Susan helped my wife and I navigate the planning of our first Disney Cruise. Everything on the Disney Website that was overwhelming to us was made easy to understand as we choose our destination. Her knowledge of transportation options and resorts helped us have one of the best family vacations ever. We had such a good time, we are going back this year and Susan is helping this trip be as good, if not better, than the last trip.

Susan is a top notch professional. Susan is extremely knowledgeable and she makes traveling easy!!!

I've used Sue for many trips, and now that I've found her, I won't use anyone else. She plans every trip as if it's her own. Her attention to detail is remarkable. She has always gone over and beyond for me and my family, whether it's a short getaway, or a major trip. She enjoys her job, and it really shows. I cannot say enough good things about her and her planning. She is a professional who pours her heart and soul in to every trip. I have never been happier with an agent. I refer her to all my friends and family, and everyone has had the same great experience!

Sue has helped my family plan two trips: one to London and Paris and another to the Caribbean. She has excellent suggestions for kids of all ages. She found perfect accommodations for a family of 5 in Europe, which is no small feat. She also helped us book a package at a Caribbean resort I thought was out of our price range and then arranged travel for an add-on grandparent for that trip, making sure our rooms were adjacent. She responds quickly and provides choices and perspectives you many not have considered. She is passionate about travel, which shows in her interactions with her clients. We would never use anyone else!

I have worked with Sue twice now and both trips were awesome. She is very organized, provides excellent recommendations and provides support from start to finish of the try. She is always just a call, email or text away and responds to all communication promptly and throughly. She is not only a travel coordinator but has become a good friend!
