Mary was excellent. She explored our vacation options and listened to our budget and preferences. Mary communicated with us throughout the entire planning process. She took the time to speak with us and go over the details of our trip. She made sure we felt comfortable with our transfers and had all the docs we needed. She was always available especially during the trip and, for example, when one of our flights was cancelled, she immediately arranged new flights and transfers. A trip that ran like clockwork. From the transfers to the excursions everything was smooth
