Vanessa was so helpful in Disney planning, ensuring we had the best deals and knew exactly when to book everything. We had it all planned and ready, complete with Vanessa’s advice on order of park days, what to pack, what to expect for Genie+, etc. Then, on our flight day, weather cancelled most flights to FL. As I stood in line at MDW, Vanessa was looking up new flights, rebooking our car rental (would have not gotten our car without her quick thinking), informing Disney and the stroller rental on the situation, making a stressful event so much easier. She also helped with getting reunited with our luggage, even offered to have family help us get it delivered from the airport. Vanessa was just amazing all throughout—I can honestly say our trip would have been a disaster without her. Instead we have happy memories of a trip with our kids! I highly recommend Vanessa to anyone wanting to go to Disney/Universal. So many times during our trip, I said, “thank goodness for Vanessa!”

Vanessa is so detail oriented not just before the trip but while you are on the trip! Before we used her services we had been to Disney 3 times some of which we had used other agents, but her detail in the documents she sent us and her quick responses to questions while we were at the parks made traveling with 4 young children so easy! Vanessa was very thorough and got us everything we wanted. She has personal experience with the places we went, so her info was right on! She was very patient in working with our last minutes change of dates & still made it all happen. We had a fabulous trip!!

Vanessa helped us plan a last minute family vacation. We wanted a cruise so Vanessa researched our options and reserved a spot on a waiting list. A week before our desired departure date a spot on the cruise had yet to open up, so Vanessa got started organizing our back up plan and created a fabulous vacation package for us. Our trip was wonderful thanks to Vanessa!
