We just got back from our wonderful trip. We were a decent size group and and had so many things we got to do thanks to Katie! She handled everything from lightning lanes to our itinerary, to booking our stay. We loved our resort and all the kids were in aww the entire trip. Katie G. Is the best and we will be booking through her again ASAP! Thanks katie!!!!

Great experience finding a hotel that had exactly what I wanted. Beachfront.

Katie was amazing! She helped us book everything, gave us great tips and tricks to survive Disney with a toddler and was very quick to respond to all my messages. Definitely a great service, she went beyond expectations.

Katie was so attentive, informative and helpful, making a last minute trip to Disney with little ones possible...and enjoyable! Katie checked-in with us at all stages of the trip and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time.

Our family (including some extended family) went to Universal for a Christmas trip, and Katie helped us plan the trip with ease. To say she took a weight off our shoulders is an understatement. We were trying to book it alone and felt so lost as this was our first time doing so. Katie took over right away by asking questions to be sure she knew exactly what we wanted and executed it perfectly. She was quick and easy to get ahold of any time we needed her. She was easy to talk to and just made this whole experience a breeze. I’m thankful I found Katie to help us have the best Christmas trip!

Every trip I book with Katie is amazing, always managing to get us the best location rooms and always left so confident with everything because of her spot on communication. Will definitely continue to work with Katie in the future.

We have booked through Katie before so we knew when it came to our honeymoon we could only trust her with this memorable trip. Katie sent us numerous options within our preferred price range and was very patient while we asked any questions and just made the booking process super smooth. Booking our flights was tricky but Katie continued to work on this task until it aligned with what we hoped for! Talk about going above and beyond. Katie checked in with us during travel day to ensure everything went off without a hitch. We did have a small incident during our hotel stay but Katie did not hesitate to contact the hotel manager and straighten everything out so our stay was not impacted negatively. My husband and I can’t say enough good things about this trip. The best vacation we’ve ever been on and we are so grateful to Katie for everything she did to make it happen! We can’t wait to book with her for any and all upcoming trips! ??

Everything was perfect start to finish! Well within our price range and so much better than we expected possible. Katie offered us options for every decision and made sure we were happy with each choice, even letting us change dates, flights and hotel after booking! She helped us with excursions and check ins. It was seamless. I always thought a travel agent was going to add a huge price tag but it made the experience easy, affordable and SO relaxing. We are already dreaming up the next place to go and will book with Katie again.

Yes! I would recommend Katie to everyone I know that are looking to travel. Katie was very knowledgeable about the location we were traveling to and got some great deals as well. From airlines to hotels, car rental to locations to visit while there... We just had a great 5 days in the New England area... She is definitely the one to call in my travel plans in the future...

Just came back from the most relaxing week at the beach. We owe that to Katie, and her dedication to make our trip seamless. She is the hardest working Travel Advisor, willing to invest all the time necessary to make sure you find exactly what you are looking for. So thankful for all her help, and looking forward to having her plan our next vacation.

Katie made planning our trip so easy. She was there every step of the way & answered all of our questions! She made going away so simple. We are so grateful to have had Katie plan our trip!

I can’t begin to describe how amazing Katie is! This was our first family trip to Disney with little kiddos and I needed a lot of help. Katie not only answered all of my questions just as quickly as I could ask them but went above and beyond to help me plan and prepare. She booked everything for me including dinners, the stroller, golf cart, and lightning lanes. She knew all the tips and tricks especially with kiddos! She was super quick to respond and reminded me of everything I needed. I cannot recommend her enough!

Katie was amazing to work with!! From the very beginning she made everything so simple. She did all the reservations, sent reminders when it was time to book dining and lightning lanes. Whenever we had a question she always responded quickly. The trip went smoothly and we didn’t worry about any of the planning stress. She was the best and we will definitely use her for future trips!!

My family had such a great time in Disney, all thanks to our agent Katie! We had never been and were provided with so much insight on the best times to see characters and the benefits of staying within a Disney resort. She steered us in all the right directions when it came to finding the best value that fit our budget. She was available while we were there by text, answering within a short time (super helpful when it was time sensitive)! I would and have shared her info with family and friends when I’ve heard they are planning to travel in the future (especially to Disney!) Katie is all things Disney, guru! 5 ?? for sure.

My husband and I booked our 10th anniversary trip with Katie. She worked hard to get us everything we asked for, and has been so wonderful in helping inexperienced travelers such as ourselves. When the ranch we selected for our trip was much less than we had hoped for, Katie was ready to jump in and help however she could. She fought hard on our behalf and was able to get us a partial refund for the stay, which was more than we expected. She made the process so seamless that we're already planning future trips with her (which is a big deal for homebodies like us!). I would recommend Katie to anyone who asks (or doesn't, lol) without hesitation.

I cannot recommend Katie enough! She is hands down the best travel agent I've ever worked with, especially when it comes to planning Disney trips. From the moment we started planning, she took the time to listen to our needs, preferences, and budget, making sure every detail was taken care of. No matter what your budget is, Katie goes above and beyond to ensure that your trip is as magical as possible. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she truly cares about creating the best experience for her clients. Whether it's booking reservations, finding special experiences, or offering expert advice, she does it all with such dedication and professionalism. If you're looking for a travel agent who will make your Disney vacation (or any trip) seamless and unforgettable, Katie is the one to go to. Thank you for making every trip so special!

What an excellent trip! Katie helped me plan a weekend in Disneyland & California Adventure complete w hotel, 2 day park passes with LL. I had always wanted to visit Disneyland in California and it did not disappoint! Cars Land in California Adventure Park is a must for Lightning McQueen fans of any age. Katie also assisted in booking my Amtrak Train travel down to San Diego following the weekend park stay, and it was an easy and relaxing way to get to my next destination with beautiful scenic views of the beach along the way. Thank you Katie!

I’m a Disney person, I’m always following park updates online, seeing what’s new and staying up to date; it was still so great having Katie help us each step of the way. She did all heavy lifting for us! She checked in daily and even apologized when the weather was crummy (like she could have fixed it!). I’ll definitely be going to Disney again and I will always use a travel agent going forward!

I have been planning my own trips to Disney for years and was hesitant to trust someone else in the process, but Katie put all of my worries at ease! She helped me plan our itinerary, booked all of our dining reservations, made some last minute upgrades for us, and was always available for any questions I had along the way. I have already asked her to book us another trip with our bounce back offer! Thanks for all of your help, Katie!

I have traveled to Disney many times in the past and have always planned my own trips. So entrusting my trip planning to someone else was very different for me this time around. But Katie just made the experience very easy because right off the bat she put my mind at ease with her warm personality and all her knowledge of Disney World, she displayed the utmost patience with my many questions and was quick to address any concerns I may have had. She helped make this trip so enjoyable from beginning to end for myself and my family as everything from accommodations, parks, rides and dinners were pre-planned out for us so we could just relax and enjoy. I would not hesitate to have Katie plan a future trip for us. Thank you, so much Katie for a stress free wonderful and memorable trip.

Katie gave us the Disney trip that I never thought we'd be able to have-- easy, relaxed, and fun with lots of rides and almost no lines!! Although my kids were begging to go, my husband and I did NOT plan to go to Disney because we were so overwhelmed with all the planning and choices-- where to stay, which parks, which rides / Lightening Lanes, and how it all worked! From our first conversation, Katie explained how it worked in a way I understood, then provided nonstop support through all the planning-- including giving me very helpful breakdowns based on my kids' ages, heights, and interest for which rides and restaurants to choose. She made sure we got the reservations that we wanted, even though they were already sold out when we booked. She was on-call days we were at the park when we had questions-- she replied right away. She gave us flawless game plans for how to make the most out of our park days-- when and where to go, which rides, etc. She kept us posted on things like

Katie provided our family incredible insight from the very beginning on all the perks regarding our Disney trip. Hotel amenities, lightening lane passes, weather and dining! She made planning a trip for my family, including my fiancés first Disney experience, seamless and most enjoyable. We are so grateful for the warm, consistent and reliable service Katie provided to us. We are already talking about planning out next trip (our honeymoon) through her!

Katie made my kids birthday trip to Disney unforgettable. From dining to multi-passes to an amazing room everything was perfect. Katie's communication from the intro, to planning, before, during and after the trip was great. I felt so prepared, and did not have to worry about so many things to do with her help. It was so comfortable working with her, I feel like I've known her for years!

Katie has definitely changed my views on working with a travel agent. I was amazed by her dedication to go above and beyond to ensure her clients have to the best trip possible. She is very responsive and gave me the peace of mind that if I have any questions, she is just an email or text away.
I needed to mention the fact that Katie was able to find me and my mom the already sold out tickets to Disney Very Merry Christmas Party really made our trip extra magical!

Katie was very knowledgeable and was a great resource! She was professional, quick to respond, and I was very pleased with her services!!
