Olivia is incredible!! We spoke with her for a short time about what we wanted to experience in Italy and she came back a few days later with the PERFECT itinerary. It's like she knew us personally and booked tours and trips that fit our personalities and style exactly. She handled all our VRBO and train bookings and they all went smoothly. I can't recommend Olivia enough. She was also very responsive when we were in Italy - answering the weird questions that always come up when you're travelling. If you need help planning a trip to Italy - CALL HER.

I agree with my husband that Olivia was always willing to help figure out a problem or answer a question. I'd say she went above & beyond. It was very reassuring to know we had someone "with us" to help with whatever glitches came up.
