Hello, I am Lisa Livengood and I am a personal and family travel planner specializing in Disney, cruises and all inclusive destinations. My family and I have visited Disney World in Florida many times over the past 25 years and we have completed 3 Disney cruises, 2 Royal Caribbean cruises and 3 Carnival cruises. My personal experience planning my families vacations plus my extensive training will prove to be very resourceful to you and your families travels.

My specialty is Disney World vacations, however, I am also certified to assist with cruises, all inclusive vacations, accessible travels and many more adventures awaiting you and your family.

Walt Disney World

I am a DVC (Disney Vacation Club Member) and I visit Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL each year. One of my favorite DVC properties to stay at is Copper Creek at Disney's Wilderness Lodge due to it's location and transportation to the Magic Kingdom by either bus or water. My husband prefers Saratoga Springs in the Congress Park section so we can be close to Disney Springs and some amazing restaurants. Disney World and Mickey Mouse are truly magical to me. Fun fact, my granddaughter shares Mickey's birthday.

Becoming a travel agent is something I have wanted to do for years and through Travelmation and their training I have been able to complete this goal for myself and help others find their joy in travel.

Lisa assisted with the original booking. Sent itinerary for us to review to ensure everything was correct. She followed to ensure final payment was made timely. After the booking she was notified that we couldn’t fly into the new Tulum airport. So she revised our plans to fly into Cancun. She also took care of changing the transportation company to take us to the resort. She actually got transportation where we went directly to the resort and didn’t have to stop anywhere before we were delivered to our resort. Our flight time got switched again and Lisa communicated the time to ensure we were ok with that. We also determined the resort had no elevators so I ask if she could communicate with the resort to ensure we were not higher than 2 floor. When we checked in they had that information. She also let them know it was our anniversary and the resort acknowledged that. While on our trip she followed up with us and sent me information from AA that i needed. She was available anytime I had

Girls Trip in San Diego
