We are so thankful for everything Christine did for us. We had an unbelievable time and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Thanks to the Express Pass Unlimited recommendation, we rode all the rides we planned, many of them multiple times, even with long standby lines. We took full advantage of early park entry and were in the parks from 7am to 9pm. Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure was our favorite and we rode it three times back to back. Our main focus was the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, but we truly did it all. The staff at Portofino Bay were incredible and went above and beyond. Christine made the entire process so easy and stress free, and I tell everyone who asks how amazing you are.

We had an absolutely amazing time! Everything was perfect, and the suite was so spacious — even my husband was impressed. I’m so glad we went with the drink package. Coco Cay was incredible, the kids were beyond excited. There were only a couple of slides they were too small for, but we tackled everything else. The waterpark wasn’t overcrowded, and there were plenty of umbrellas and chill spots, so when we needed a break, we could relax while the kids kept going. They also loved the kids' club — they asked to go almost every evening, which gave us some time to enjoy the adults-only areas. Honestly, we have zero complaints. Royal Caribbean really delivered for Spring Break! It was a great recommendation for our family.

I just got back from an incredible trip to Universal Studios, and CHristine made it all so easy! From tickets to hotel recommendations, everything was seamless. The parks were amazing—Diagon Alley felt like stepping into the movies, and Hagrid’s Motorbike Adventure was a thrill! Staying at Universal's Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites was perfect, with early park access and a convenient shuttle bus, that we never had to wait for. Her tips to download the Universal app and taking advantage of our resort early entry, saved me so much time. She even suggested dining at Bigfire and grabbing a Voodoo Doughnut—both were fantastic. This was the best vacation ever, thanks to her help. Can’t wait to plan my next trip!
