She was very informative from the start of the trip until the end. She got together as a group with all the travelers a month before and made sure everyone had paperwork right and if they had any questions that needed to be addressed. Then on vacation she made sure everyone enjoyed it. When we got home she emailed everyone to make sure they had a fantastic time. If we had any problems at any time throughout the whole vacation she was right on top of it.

Surviving a hurricane

We booked a trip to Jamaica last year with Rhonda. She shopped around mile for a hotel that would let us park for over 7 days.unknowing to us we were in for the trip of a lifetime. We had a great room with a view and close to a quiet pool. When we learned there was a storm headed our way, i contacted Rhonda and she began to find us flights off the island. Unfortunately the storm hit and the airport closed before we could leave( my wife didn’t want to leave the warmth). After the hurricane we were able to contact Rhonda who informed our families that we were safe. We have had some other problems on trips and Rhonda has always found a way to solve them.Rhonda is the best TA we have ever worked with and I have referred friends local and out of state to her.
