Best cruise ever

This was the best cruise I've ever been on, without a doubt. The accommodations were great. Boarding instructions were flawless. The boat had so many amenities, including a huge tubal waterslide, 2 gyms, an IMAX theater, basketball and pickleball, miniature golf, numerous pools and restaurants, and outstanding and helpful staff. Monica scheduled us on a cruise with four different island locations and all of them were beautiful! I didn't have one bad meal the entire 8 days we were on the cruise. She was constantly available for any questions and she is very kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. I won't go to anyone else to schedule a cruise.

Amazing Cruise w my Fiancé and Friends

My fiancée Timeka and I just returned from an amazing Caribbean cruise on Carnival ruise Line, booked through Travel by Monica, and we had an incredible time! This was my first cruise, and it exceeded all expectations.
One of the highlights for us was the spa experience. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the spa's heat rooms - the hot sauna, dry sauna, jacuzzi, and the heated loungers were absolutely perfect for unwinding. It was such a peaceful and relaxing part of the trip.
Overall, the cruise was fantastic.
The atmosphere, the relaxation, and the time we spent together made it a truly memorable vacation. If you're considering a Caribbean cruise, I highly recommend it!

A Pleasure to Work With

My trip was mediocre!

I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am genuinely pleased and satisfied with the accommodations that were arranged for me and hubby! I love Royal Caribbean ships. But they need to retire adventure of the sea, and it’s an I love Royal Caribbean ships. But they need to retire adventure of the sea, it’s an older model, and needs a lot of upgrades. Trip was good up until Wednesday that we had a bad experience with our ship bathroom not working for three days! Staff at customer service need some more training and be more polite! As for my dining waiters, they were amazing. They won beyond the scope of work.

We went a group of 10 people on MSG Seashore, the entertainment is poor due to it being a family kids cruise,the rooms could be cleaner, the showers also the sheets on the bed smelled to much of clorox and I am asthmatic and sure enough two days before returning I get sick with a bad cough. I won’t go again on MSG. Some of the personal are rude like Diego from the help desk and Neil the cruise director otherwise than that the others were very nice. But Monica was excellent and very prompt I would get service from her anytime.
