Where can you go, have a wonderful sandwich, make your own candy, & possibly even take your sweetheart to a resort that includes breakfast & dinner right here in the U.S.? Pennsylvania.
You can land in Philly, go see the Liberty Bell, play Rocky Balboa & run up the Rocky steps, & grab a Philly sandwich.
Next, drive to Newark & stay the night, go to Six Flags the next day & drive back over to Hershey that night.
Next, go to HersheyPark and Zoo, visit the Hershey Chocolate Factory, make your own candy, & learn about Milton Hershey.
Finally, if you are simply with your loved one, head to Cove Haven in the Poconos, a little resort that includes breakfast, dinner, & games at the facility. It might be a little outdated but so worth it. Our room had a pool (yes a pool), a fireplace, a champagne bath tub, a sauna & it was just a quirky, fun little place to get away for a few days.

Saw how Harley Davidson's are built in 2.5 hours
Spent 4 nights at Cove Haven resort in the Poconos. Our room had a fireplace, pool, sauna, and a champagne bathtub
Resort included breakfast, dinner, games, and activities such as karoke, beer bottle pool, putt putt, ping pong, tennis, shuffleboard, archery, deer to feed, and a carriage ride.
