Haarlem was a beautiful and charming place to stay and the train to Amsterdam was easy. Koekenhoff and biking around the tulips was a highlight of the trip! Definitely recommend! The Carlton Square hotel room was a large size and very comfortable. Thanks for your help Kim!

Everything was planned to perfection resulting in a perfect trip.

We were so happy with our entire trip to Portugal and Madeira! Kim connected us with amazing people to make our trip so special. All of the transportations and evens when smoothly. We went on multiple excursions through Avanti Destinations and they provided us with top notch service, knowledge and fun day trips. I cannot say enough amazing things about Portugal and it's beauty and culture. We will not hesitate to use Kim the next time we want to travel to Europe.

The hotel in Copenhagen was very good: both the accommodations and the breakfast buffet. The hotel is Orsa was fabulous although we doubt many will find their way to this rural spot in Sweden. Our flight and rail connections worked smoothly. It was very convenient to have our itinerary and documents available off line through the travel app. Thank you.

I would say that everything went really well in light of the number of travelers and different physical abilities of our party. We all met as planned at the Frankfurt airport, and picked up vehicles. All of the hotels were fine, and no issues with reservations. Everything you helped us with was in order, castle tour and bike tour.

I will say that Ross and I thought the Munich rail station was somewhat difficult to navigate, but with the help of Clay and Nancy, we managed. The weather was unseasonably cold with rain and snow, and definitely would have been fun to actually see more of the Alps when we were there, but we did have some nice weather in Salzburg, and Munich was mid 70's and great. We got to see the Oktoberfest parade, and loved it. Went into the festival grounds after the parade, and I would never advise anyone to get caught up in that mass of humanity!

All in all, a great trip! Thank you for all of your help!

Well, our trip was wonderful overall. So much beauty and amazement everywhere we looked!!!! A few things that I would change but no glitches with flights, cell service, AirBnB. Thank you for helping us to have a wonderful vacation. Also, my Mom and I are wanting to travel to Spain and Portugal!!!!!! This would be next Summer. Kimberly Banczak was our travel agent for a Rhine River Cruise we took in September 2022. She provided us with excellent guidance before the trip, taking as much time as we needed to understand every facet of the trip.
