Hey there, hi there, ho there! My name is Chris Gallo! I’ve been going to Disney World since I was a kid. One of my most potent childhood Disney memories is being traumatized by the 3D movie Captain Eo in Epcot. I mean who wasn’t? To say I’m obsessed with Disney World is an understatement. I have become the go-to guy for family, friends, and co-workers for Disney questions. My ears always perk up when I overhear someone say they’re planning a trip and I would love to help you plan your most awesome vacation. I travel to Walt Disney World several times a year and I've also been to both Universal Orlando Resort (including Epic Universe) and Universal Hollywood. Most recently (February 2026) I traveled out to California to finally experience Disneyland Resort. I enjoy reading all the latest news about the parks so I'm very knowledgeable about the latest and greatest happenings. I am expanding my travel knowledge to all types of destinations beyond Orlando, but theme parks remain my passion. Chris helped us plan our trip to Universal a few months ago, and we couldn’t have done it without him. Even though Epic is a brand new park, Chris was extremely knowledgeable, having already been there himself, and gave us a ton of useful tips to make the most out of our time there. Great trip, Chris helped us every step of the way! Our cruise was one of the bigger trips we've ever been on, and the first cruise we ever took as adults. We did our research and Chris was responsive with all our questions, made us tons of recommendations and was a support from start to finish. Will work with him again for sure!

Disney Sister Trip 2025!

We had an absolutely incredible experience planning our Disney World trip, all thanks to our amazing travel agent, Chris Gallo! From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and truly magical.
He took care of everything for us—booking all of our hotel and restaurant reservations with care and precision. He clearly knows the ins and outs of Disney, because every restaurant he recommended was a hit, and our hotel was the perfect fit for my sister and I.
One of the things we appreciated most was how responsive he was. No matter how many questions we had (and we had a lot!), he always got back to us quickly with clear, helpful answers. It really made us feel supported and confident going into our trip.
On top of that, he created a detailed, thoughtful itinerary tailored just for us. It balanced fun and must-see attractions in a way we never could have pulled off on our own. It truly maximized our time in the parks and helped us make the most of our vacation.

Thank you so much for booking my recent trip to Philadelphia, Chris. I couldn’t be more impressed with the service provided. I planned a trip to Philadelphia with a couple of friends and needed help with booking a hotel on fairly short notice. The hotel needed to be close to the convention center and Chris was able to find a hotel within walking distance. Not only was the hotel at a great location, but it exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be working with Chris again for future travels and highly recommend his services!
