We were planning a family cruise. The grandkids really wanted to do the new huge Royal Caribbean Star. I called Jennifer at the recommendation of a friend. I have made a new friend who is a wonderful Travel Agent. She is a great listener who understands exactly what you’re looking for. We always travel the day before the cruise leaves and Jennifer had our transportation arranged from the airport to a hotel that she picked because we could walk into Disney Springs. The kids loved it. Gave us entertainment for the evening and even made a reservation for dinner. It was a fun evening. Next morning the same transport company picked us up to take us to the ship. This transportation company was on time & wonderful drivers who handled your luggage& needs and even entertained us on the ride. Jennifer had visited the ship before our trip and sent us photos and videos so the grands were so excited to board this beautiful ship. Food was excellent. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, knew all our names and took great care of us. Entertainment was over the top with an ice skating show ( everyone’s favorite), broadway play (performed as good as Broadway), Aqua Dome show, water park, adult pools & adult comedy club which was excellent & also enjoyed the Escape Room. For kids under 12 you can purchase a wristband with a tracker. Our 10 & 11 year olds were able to do their own thing with us knowing exactly every step they took. Adults can also purchase a wristband to use instead of the sea pass card which made things much easier onboard. Favorite excursion - Day at Coco Cay where we rented the Coco Beach Club Cabana. Amazing!! You have you’re own private tropical paradise with the ocean, snorkeling gear, float mats, heated pool and best of all your own private waiter with unlimited food including the best ever surf & turf. The kids were able to walk back & forth to the water park. Jennifer made our departure so easy booking a hotel at the airport. Thanks Jenn for an amazing trip!

From the start Jennifer was attentive to our needs. She spent time listening and then making suggestions to make our trip the best experience ever. It had been awhile since we had cruised. Glad we had the land and sea experience combined. Jennifer was attentive to any special needs and requests for our trip. We will definitely be using Jennifer for our future trips. She's the best!!!

Thank you, Jenn, for setting up our first cruise! It was for our 50th wedding anniversary. She set it up exactly with what we wanted, and she gave us her personal bonuses which we never expected. She answered all of our questions no matter how silly they were. We had no clue to all of the abbreviations cruise lines use. She explained them all. Every part of the cruise went very well. Hopefully another cruise will be in our future.
