As a seasoned travel agent (I’ve been doing this since before computers!), I’ve amassed a fair amount of experience and accolades, if I do say so myself. But, one bit of knowledge I picked up early: Celebrity is easy to sell. The reasons behind this are obvious: their wonderful atmosphere and staff make for an otherworldly cruise experience, otherworldly cruise experiences make for seasoned travelers, seasoned travelers know a good trip when they’re on one and seek out trips that can match that standard. I’ve never once had a complaint from a customer about Celebrity and I sell about 500 Celebrity cabins a year. That’s a solid batting average on Celebrity’s part.
