Seeing her smiles made my heart so happy. Jen was wonderful in her suggestions. She knew everything about Orlando which made our life very easy. She was able to rent me a scooter which was brought to my hotel. That in itself for a senior is amazing. The return process was as easy. Just brought back to hotel concierge. She purchased our tickets for the parks, she arranged dinner reservations, hotel reservations and the scooter. One shop person. I highly recommend Jen for all your travel needs. What I like best about her was her willingness to help and do all the leg work. She was amazing!!!!
