Alaska - A destination for everyone!

Mary provides travel service beyond any travel agent I have ever worked with. From the first moment of planning she researched and provided all of the options. If I had an idea about somewhere I might like to go, she quickly provided information, both on the destination and on the best way to work it into our schedule. Booking is a process, so much more than just paying for the trip. Mary managed every detail from the moment of booking until we returned from our vacation. She even kept an eye on our flights as we traveled and was ready to step in and help if we ran into any conflicts or situations. Fortunately, our travel was worry-free, at least in part because Mary understands how to book the flights to avoid issues. When we reached our destination, our vacation was idyllic. The river tour we took was better than either my husband or I could have dreamed. This was a fabulous vacation, and Mary made it happen!

Mary listened to what I was wanting in an all inclusive and asked the appropriate questions to make sure my trip was exactly what I planned. Mary went above and beyond and her expertise really was helpful during my stay. I loved everything about my stay! Thank you, Mary, for exceeding my expectations!

Mary was amazing!! From the first call throughout our entire trip, she was always available for questions/concerns and provided above and beyond information. She updated us with any changes and checked in with us periodically to be sure we were ok. I've referred her to several friends; she's the best!!

Mary was so great to work with! She had posted a destination on her website and after her giving us options on resorts we decided on the Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana. Mary arranged everything. She sent very in-depth emails explaining what we needed to do on our part. We had to create an e-ticket through a very easy website in Punta cana. She gave very specific instructions and we were able to do it very quickly and securely. She had our itinerary all set on what we needed to do when leaving the country and what we need to do on arrival to the country. It was such a wonderful experience that we went again for a second time this year!
