We had an incredible trip to Washington, D.C. for my son's 13th birthday, all thanks to our amazing travel agent! From start to finish, everything was handled with care, attention to detail, and genuine thoughtfulness. When we ran into a hiccup with our original hotel (the AC wasn’t working), our agent immediately stepped in and upgraded us to a gorgeous hotel that completely elevated the trip. It turned what could have been a stressful situation into a great surprise! The hotel management attempted to not refund any portion of our trip, even though they knew there was an AC issue that was not communicated, and Kenny worked diligently for weeks afterwards to secure us a full refund for our stay. He went above and beyond for us! The entire itinerary was perfectly balanced—plenty of sightseeing, fun activities for a 13-year-old, and enough downtime to actually enjoy the city. It made the birthday celebration feel really special, and it’s a trip we’ll all remember for a long time.
