Marcela was great in getting us great pricing for park tickets. She scheduled us multiple rooms to help us get the best deals for extras like volcano bay access and fast passes for the main parks. She even kept me on top of the southwest sales to get us the cheapest plane tickets available (without having to fly with a janky airline). I literally could not have afforded a trip of this level for my daughter without her planning and support.

Marcela thought of everything!! She organized the most amazing trip, dealt with my constantly changing needs (location, theme parks, etc.), and kept me on task for items I was absolutely responsible for. Unexpectedly and greatly appreciated were her check-ins throughout the trip making sure we were taking advantage of our dining plan perks, asking how we had enjoyed the restaurants she helped us choose, reminding us of things we needed to remember to do, and and generally keeping us on task and on track to have the best time ever!

Marcella arranged our family trip from Seattle to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of detail and care she put into every aspect of the planning. Marcela made booking and traveling to Universals Epic Park super easy! The hotel she booked for us was very nice and super close to the park. We had no issues during our stay or travel, but I know Marcela was there to help if we had any issues with our flights or hotel reservations. We will definitely have Marcela help us again!

I wanted to take my son to Europe to celebrate his birthday. I knew where I wanted to go, but was scared about all of the logistics traveling to 3 different countries. Marcela helped us plan the entire trip from Ireland to England to France. She booked flights, hotels, and organized all of our excursions into one itinerary that was easy to access and so organized. I never would have felt confident to travel alone with my son without her help planning the vacation! Once we were away, she kept in contact with me to make sure everything was running smoothly, which was above and beyond. We even decided to change our flight and hotel while we were away and she handled it all for me. I worked with Marcela on two other trips and she has been incredible each time. I am handicapped and my husband and I wanted to travel to Florida to find some warmer temperatures after a bitterly cold winter in Pennsylvania. Finding a two bedroom suite with accessibility is very hard to find at finer hotels. In desperation, I turned to Google to find a travel agent who is experienced with working with handicapped customers. Luckily, I found Marcela! She truly understands the needs of people with accessibility issues. She was very detail oriented and stayed on top of everything for our trip, during our trip and followed up after our trip. My husband and I highly recommend Marcela Bell. We will be using her from now on for all of our travel needs.

We went to Disney in Orlando and Marcela did a great job with our hotel,rides and dining!! It could not have any better!! Will call again next time!!

Marcela is amazing! She took care of everything for my daughter’s birthday trip from the very beginning. All of our needs were anticipated and she answered all of our questions quickly. We had a blast! My daughter’s friends said “this room is a 10 out of 10!” She even surprised my daughter with balloons and a special birthday greeting. I highly recommend working with Marcela!

Marcela helped me plan my first out-of-country trip with my kids to Canada to see Niagara Falls.
