Edith was very helpful in completing my trip. Setting up my airline schedule and then being able to change the return flight while I was in Italy was a deal maker. She also gave me options and secured train & hotel reservations. I would have been lost without her help. The Bike & Barge trip wasn’t what I expected, but it was my decision to book it thru TripSite.

I started to book the cruise directly with RCCL but Edith reached out to me and got me transferred to her care. I'm glad she did because there were a few get-togethers on the ship that I wouldn't have been able to attend if I had continued to book on my own. Although I didn't schedule any excursions in the ports of call I can highly recommend Edith's help in the booking process for the rest of the cruise.

Edith is an amazing travel agent. She helped plan our dream vacation to Italy that we were meant to take in early 2020. When the threat of Covid prompted us to change our destination, Edith quickly developed a new itinerary for us to travel to Canada instead. Unfortunately we were forced to cancel altogether, and Edith was an expert at handling the situation. She was able to refund and recover our trip costs down to the last penny.
