Melanie was so patient with us. We had some unknowns coming into the planning stage, and it took a while to firm up the date. But once we as a family firmed up the dates, Melanie was there each step, answered each question, and set up everything our family wanted to do. We would not have been able to enjoy our trip without her help. She made everything leading up to the trip stress-free, and during the trip, we all relaxed and enjoyed everything she set up for us!!

Pre-Cruise London Trip

hanks to Melanie's expert planning, our recent stop in London before our cruise was an absolute dream! She booked us in a perfectly located hotel that made navigating the city a breeze. So many iconic sights, restaurants, and shops were just a short walk away or Tube stop away.
One of the biggest highlights was the hop-on, hop-off tour she arranged. It was ideal for my parents, who wouldn’t have been able to cover the entire city on foot. We explored by both boat and bus, and it gave us a fun, relaxed way to take in everything London has to offer.
Another unforgettable moment was our nighttime visit to The Shard. It has an incredible view of the city all lit up at night! It was such a fun and unique experience that added a little sparkle to our trip.
Most importantly, I didn’t have to stress over a single detail, including navigating the transportation to our port. Knowing everything was taken care of meant I could truly enjoy each moment with my family. I can’t thank Melanie enough for making that possible!
