Thank you Lesslie for helping us plan a wonderful “50th” Anniversary trip. When we started the process Lesslie came to our home and listened to what we wanted and made many suggestions for our trip. Not wanting to do a cruise she helped plan a Train Excursion. She helped us plan a 10 day trip that was packed with everything we could have wanted to do. I highly recommend taking the train through Alaska because you see so much more. Lesslie planned everything and made sure we knew exactly where to go and how to get there. I love working with Leslie! She does it all. She plans all our family trips as well as our church retreats. I tell her what I need and she finds it. Every trip we have been on has been exactly what I have requested.

I was fortunate to work with Leslie on a very special 70th birthday trip to celebrate my husband. I described for Leslie what I wanted; quiet, breathtaking views, top rated butler service, very specific room amenities, etc. Leslie coordinated a trip beyond my wildest dreams. She recommended just the right resort that was able to check every box. From the helicopter transfer, which she facilitaed to stunning flowers and champagne in our suite and impecable communication directly with the resort GM, not a single detail was overlooked. I lost my helicopter transfer information the morning of our departure, messaged leslie and she was back to me with the coed within minutes. Even from our resort she was attentive and perfect! That is service beyond. Her knowledge of each property is second to none. Leslie is also a complete joy to work with. Clear, concise, organized, no surprises. Leslie is the only travel advisor I trust and will continue to use her for all travel in the future.

The Disney cruise was amazing we enjoyed every moment on and off the cruise, I would take another Disney cruise again , it was so fun

Our family has wanted to visit Atlantis in the Bahamas for many years. When will we finally got ready to pull the trigger, it immediately became apparent that we would need some help. We had never been there before, and the number of choices and decisions to make were overwhelming. To further compound the planning challenges, we have a special-needs daughter who has both mobility and dietary needs. A friend recommended that we contact Leslie Faulkenberry. She was amazing. She spent countless hours with us so she could understand our wants and needs, and contacted multiple on-site resort staff so we were able to get a vacation of a lifetime, do all the things we wanted to do, and make sure all of our daughters fun and safety needs were met. It was truly extraordinary what she did, and the experience that she made available to us. We cannot say enough good things about her and how much we appreciate what she did for us. We in no way expected the kind of amazing service that we got. There are not enough stars on the review to express what we think of Leslie.

We had a last minute trip that had to happen and my first text was Leslie because I forgot to book a hotel. She responded immediately and within what felt like 45 mins, I had a booking! The amenities were awesome and included breakfast (a little surprise) and it was affordable and in a great part of town that allowed me to get to all my appt easily and on time.

Leslie did a great job setting up our trip to Secrets Playa Blanca. We had to reschedule our trip twice because of a storm and then because a death in the family. She took care of all our changes! She did a wonderful job! Our trip was absolutely amazing. We highly recommend Leslie and Secrets Playa Blanca!

Last summer was my frist time ever using a travel agent and going on a cruise.Leslie took care of everything,she made sure we had hotel accommodations the night before our departure and transportation to the port and back. Leslie is so amazing at what she does , I couldn't ask for a better person to take care of my family and I.

To be honest, I usually handle of the research myself so it was nice to hand it off to someone I could trust. She found us the perfect vacation - all inclusive - and at a great resort. We loved the food and the people. She was there even when we needed assistance when we arrived at the resort. I would highly recommend using Leslie for your travel needs.

Leslie was amazing! She made our trip very easy and made sure that we had peace of mind traveling to Jamaica. She was always just a text or phone call away if we needed anything or had any questions before our trip and while we were on it.

I have the WORST luck with travel when I book on my own. Leslie has been a life saver for my personal and business travel.
