On one of our trips we were going to miss our connection from Atlanta to Hawaii due to our plane having to re route due to a medical condition on board... I called Carolyn and she got us a connection thru LA and if it wasn’t for her help it would have taken us 2 days to get to Hawaii... we were forever grateful. She truly cares about her clients and it shows. We would never use anyone else for our travel. My trip to Italy was amazing due to her attention to detail. She worked hard to coordinate our flights to connect with our friend from Boston on our way there and back.

There was 13 of us traveling internationally. Carolyn took on that challenge and did it flawlessly. Very informative and patient with all of us. We all had such a great experience because of her! We can't thank her enough

Unfortunately, this trip had to be cancelled because of the pandemic going on. Carolyn was great through the whole experience and kept us updated on our options and deadlines for cancelling or taking a voucher. As sad as it was to cancel, Carolyn made the experience easier to deal with.

The trip exceeded our expectations. I already told you about Athens and the hotel. Absolutely wonderful! We really enjoyed the cruise. The ship was beautiful. The shows were great. Our cabin location close to the elevator was ideal (we know that was not by accident). The itinerary was excellent. Our favorites were Santorini and Mykonos. Absolutely beautiful places. We enjoyed the historic ruins in Ephesus,Turkey too. H10 Cubik hotel in Barcelona was great! Really couldn't have a better location for exploring the Gothic Quarter. Again, the staff celebrated our anniversary and birthday with champagne and sweets (thanks again). Over 4 days, we saw all the amazing sites (churches, markets, architecture, food, beaches, history, etc.). We absolutely loved Barcelona! The people were great and the food was fabulous. Everything went very smooth from Detroit to Athens to boarding the ship to Barcelona and back. We both want to thank you for your efforts, knowledge, and advice. 5 star! Carolyn was truly a pleasure to work with. From the very beginning of the process, she asked us questions about our goals for our honeymoon. We felt like we are able to share with her our preferences, and that she really heard us. From there, she made suggestions about different places that would be a good fit. When we landed on a destination, Carolyn made the booking process easy and seamless. She had very thorough communication and set everything up for us. Working with Carolyn made for a great trip! She was instrumental in making the decision of which resort to choose and she definitely pointed us in the right direction. Due to poor weather she helped adjust my flight and again came to the rescue when the resort didn't have the proper information. We would have been lost without her!

My first trip using Carolyn was for a trip in 2020. She was amazingly patient as the wheels were coming off during Covid and we were all thrown into new territory of negotiating travel. Carolyn worked with our entire group (probably close to 20 families) to do what each of us felt comfortable with at that time. The borders closed and that trip was canceled.

Fast forward 2022. We booked a trip to Cancun with 2 other couples. Carolyn made the entire trip so easy. Made great recommendations. Got us great deals. Sent out reminders and tips. She was amazing. I would be hard pressed to plan a trip without her guidance. I’m 56 and have never used a travel agent. Now I understand the value of turning a trip over to someone who knows what they’re doing.

Carolyn was VERY responsive throughout the entire process, from booking, to pre-trip and finally post-trip. Even when the hotel had an issue with the reservation, she was on top of getting it resolved! She took the worries out of travel.
