Lyndsie was very thorough and informative. She answered my a million questions because this was my first time in Mexico. Whenever there was a slight issue with transportation on the resorts end not here she was available & resolved it right away. The resort was INCREDIBLE! Lyndsie was great to work with. She made herself available and was quick to respond. We have very specific things we were looking for and she was able to find them. One thing that would have been helpful was a more streamlined way in sharing our options with me and my finance. Her and I were mostly communicating via text and it made it difficult to share all the info with my finance. I’m also a visual person. I like to know all the details especially before making a large purchase. Perhaps setting up zoom meetings and doing a screen share could have been an easy way to get all my questions answered and simultaneously share it with my fiance. None the less, we got all the info and were able to make a decision. We were also on a somewhat time crunch and Lyndsie worked hard at helping us land on what we wanted!! If she didn’t know the answer, she was going to find it!! The resort was beautiful! It was relaxing, luxurious , and the service was amazing! Keep Lyndsie in mind next trip!!
