Kate helped us plan a family trip to Washington. We are a family of 6 so she booked the car rental for us and got us a really cool van. It was so spacious , there was more than enough room for our family and all our stuff. We have an Autistic child and she made sure to contact the airline and get us priority boarding. It made the trip smooth and I'm thankful that she took care of all the details.
