Our first ever trip to Disney

Ashley really made it easy. She guide me on booking the flights, planning our hotel, and transportation to and from the airport. She would answer all of my questions and I was able to text her when I doubt myself. This was a whole year of planning our dream vacation.
We had a little bit of a hiccup on our trip but Ashley was able to deescalate the situation. As soon as we arrive to our hotel we were to receive our stroller for our Park days. Unfortunately, the hotel had no record of it being there and the service was of no help. They just told us it will get there when it gets there. We had plan to go to MK early entry so we needed our stroller before 7am. Ashley shared our frustration, jumped into action. She called the company to tell them this was unacceptable and worked her disney magic to have the stroller there before 7! They delivered at 6am the next day and gave us a refund on the day we paid for.

1st trip with a baby

Ashley is so friendly and knowledgeable! She was super helpful in getting us all the info we needed to fly with our baby and make the process easy to understand and navigate! We had the best 1st trip in taking our baby to Disney! Ashley’s recommendations were amazing and we did and tried so many new things! We were so glad for all her help!
