What really stood out was how she handled an unexpected issue—when our Uber didn’t pick us up, Tracie stayed calm and quickly arranged a Lyft for us so we weren’t stuck. Her own experiences and knowledge helped her solve the problem. Because of her planning and attention to detail, I was able to fully enjoy our vacation without worrying about anything.
