Emily was great through the whole process. We had a group of 18 for a graduation trip. The trip went flawless from transfers to check ins to reservations made. Emily sent many comms to keep us up to date and prepare for the trip. We had a blast! Will recommend Emily to anyone. She is the best!!!

I’ve now booked two trips with her—one for a small group of three and another for a much larger group—and both experiences were absolutely seamless. She’s planned out 2 completed trips and has 2 more booked for us. She is constantly looking for new deals and gets us the best overall price- our vacations planned with her have had dining plans and club level accommodations for a lower cost than I had booked for a trip with no extras. She spent the time on the phone to make changes and reservations whenever we needed and even encouraged me to reach out with she was on her own vacations! Very highly recommend!

From the start, Emily was by our side. She was wonderful in organizing our 8 families from around the country to get together for our cruise. Her suggestions and experience with cruises was very helpful. Emily was very attentive and always responded to my emails quickly. We will be working with Emily on all of our future travel plans!

I will continue to use Emily for ANY of my trips that I’m considering/planning. She is amazing! This is my second time working with her; I recently went on a cruise with my extended family (21 of us in TOTAL!). She booked rooms for 6 of the 8 rooms needed and was able to ensure that EVERYONE (from all 8 rooms) was able to eat together for dinner (two separate tables, but right next to one another). Throughout the whole process, she was helpful. It was my first time traveling with a minor–she offered important information regarding passports/traveling and also useful information in general for traveling with a child. Once we had all booked our rooms, she made sure we stayed on top of our “pre-cruise to-do list.” She answered all of our MANY questions, and if she didn’t know the answer, she found it and reported back. Emily is knowledgeable, patient, helpful and really enjoys what she does. I cannot say enough positive things about working with Emily.

Disney cruises are magical, and Emily helps take it to the next level! There is just so much the cruise has to offer that it can be hard to stay on top of it all. Emily helps ensure we are able to take advantage of the scheduled activities onboard. She helps ensure we focus on having fun and not stressing about when we can book an experience, dinner, etc. SOOOO helpful!

We love Disney cruises - it's a true vacation for the whole family! We love working with Emily to coordinate the details for us. It's easy to miss the opening times to schedule special activities on the ship; Emily stays on top of it and gets us registered right away so we don't miss out on the activities we want to participate in! She tracks all of the details so we don't have to - it helps makes the vacation so much more relaxing and enjoyable!

We booked a Royal Caribbean cruise out of Miami with Emily. We haven’t traveled in quite some time so the planning was somewhat daunting. We found Emily though a mutual friend. We reached out to Emily with a general timeframe we wanted to travel and a general destination. Emily was able to provide many choices and helped with our decision making. She helped with finding lodging and a significant amount of information we needed including helping with excursions outside of Royal Caribbean. Emily was always quick to respond and was beyond helpful in answering our many questions along the way. We can’t say enough good things about our experience using Emily, she was awesome!

Emily did a great job adding a few days in Prague to a business trip we had in Austria. She found a fine hotel in a wonderful location, walking distance to so much we wanted to experience. Emily arranged a personal walking tour with a guide who adjusted pace to our speed and interests. There was a great brewery tour which we had to change and Emily was able to make that adjustment when we couldn’t. She also arranged our train tickets and drivers into and out of Prague. So nice to work with her!!

We had an amazing adults only trip to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Emily’s help was invaluable. She provided a ton of insider tips and suggestions that helped us get the most out of our stay and maximize our fun factor. I would highly recommend Emily as a travel agent and will be using her again!

Emily gave us the gift of a magical Disney vacation. It was a surprise for our kids and a 15th anniversary trip and Emily made it so easy! She worked around our schedules to make sure any phone calls happened when our kids were in school and didn’t miss a detail. We couldn’t be more thankful for her and look forward to scheduling many vacations with her in the future!
