Kiersten knew I was traveling alone. It had been a while since I went out of the country and she helped me through every step of things. I’d have to say it was one of my best fun and relaxing trips ever

Last summer Kiersten helped our family book a trip to reunite with my husband who was deployed for the year. It wasn’t an easy trip to plan with 3 different countries in Europe we had planned to visit and a family of 5 (why is everything built for a family of 4?!) but she was able to help me find great lodging, and got us the best possible deal on our flights. One of the things I liked best about working with Kiersten, aside from her personal service and regular check ins/updates on flights, was her honesty. At one point, I think I found a hotel for cheaper than she was able to get it (military deal) and she told me straight up that I had the better deal and suggested I use the direct booking. She really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible and affordable trip.

So much easier to have someone else help with all the details. Kiersten was that person. Just hand it over to her and relax!

We have used Kirsten for a previous trip and wanted to book something special for our 25th anniversary. I went to a local travel agent who we had used in the past, just out of curiosity. Not only were Kirsten’s prices THOUSANDS of dollars less, but she was so much more helpful in regards to comparing destinations, amenities, excursions, discounts for groups - you name it, Kirsten went above and beyond. We are so excited about our trip and also have peace of mind knowing we chose the right place - which we would not have had without her help. She’s the best!!

Kiersten helped plan our cruise to Italy and Greece this past summer....and wow! what a cruise it was. I had already booked our cruise through the cruise line directly, but she was able to save us much more money by booking our cruise directly through her. As an added bonus, we spoke to her directly regarding any concerns our questions we had. She was easily and readily available and always got us our answers in a very timely manner. I will definitely be booking future trips with Kiersten and highly recommend her.

Kirsten was so very helpful every step of the way and answered every question we had. She even told us to add her on WhatsApp so that if we had trouble while being out of the country, she’d help us out. Could not have asked for a better travel agent ????
