I can’t thank Dana enough for all the help planning our trip! I was honestly pretty stressed about doing an out-of-country trip with the kids, but she made the entire process so easy and were incredibly helpful every step of the way. I’ve already been raving about Dana to my extended family, and any future trips we plan will absolutely go through her. Highly recommend if you want a stress-free experience!

Our stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The check-in and check-out processes were both very efficient, which made arriving and leaving stress-free. The resort itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. The suites are clean, modern, and comfortable, and we were especially impressed with the housekeeping service. Our suite was tidied twice a day; once during the day and again during evening turndown service. The facilities throughout the resort were also exceptionally clean. One of our favorite features was the bracelet system. The bracelets serve as your room key, so there’s no need to worry about keeping track of a traditional room key or key card. We also loved that the bracelets can be removed, so you don’t have to sleep or shower with them on. The food options were great, with plenty of variety to choose from. We were also very impressed with the liquor selection, which offered a great range of options. Another thing we really appreciated was that the resort wasn’t pushy about having guests meet with a representative to discuss their travel program. Unlike many resorts where you feel pressured to attend a presentation, we were able to enjoy our vacation without that hassle. The resort is quite large, so there is plenty to explore, and everything felt clean, polished, and well organized. Overall, Atelier Playa Mujeres exceeded our expectations. Between the friendly staff, beautiful modern suites, excellent food and drink options, outstanding cleanliness, efficient service, and relaxed atmosphere, we would absolutely stay here again!

The entire trip: accommodations, beach, transportation, historical sites was wonderful. All was pricey, especially the food, but this was not a surprise. Our travel agent was kind, informative and so helpful even while we were on our trip. On a side note: the flights on American were smooth as glass and both flights landed a bit early. The planes were so clean. Only problem occurred when we stayed at the Embassy Suites at Philly Airport. We woke up to cockroaches on our walls and bathroom floor. We got ready quickly and left for the airport. The drains in the sink and the wet bar were missing their covers so we think they crawled up the pipes. Dana, our travel agent worked above and beyond the call of duty, even including a sweet little anniversary greeting upon our arrival at our resort in Bermuda. My husband and I will certainly use Dana and your travel agency again.

This trip was AMAZING! Dana was so attentive to all of our needs and wants! She planned everything to perfection! AND while we were there was still answering and booking any last minute requests we had. Simply AMAZING! ????

The resort was great… And only a five minute ride from the airport, which was even better! The food at the restaurants when we made reservations was excellent… And we made a daily appearance at the Jerk Hut and Flip Flops for lunch! We found our sweet spot on paradise Beach to hang when we want beach time and although the sargassum was a lot, which was strictly bad timing, we were still able to get in the water a little bit! We give the bartenders ?????????? across the board… shout out to Thomas at the pool bar and King and KBaby at the other bars who literally made our trip a blast! Glad to have checked St Lucia off the bucket list with Coconut Bay Resort!
