I started in this business because I have a passion for travel. My organizational and planning skills and my attention to detail have come in very handy when planning and managing trips.

I have two kids of my own, and they love to travel too! I love helping families as much as I love helping busy parents take a well-deserved break. My favorite part of this job so far is seeing my clients' photos when they are having an amazing trip on a vacation that I planned!

A fantastic family trip to celebrate a milestone birthday!!

Elena Neyman was a tremendous help in my process of finding a resort for a 9-member family trip in February 2026 to celebrate my milestone birthday. . She thoroughly researched a great number of resorts using the criteria I gave her at the beginning, even setting up a spreadsheet to track our research findings. She often contacted other ET Family Travel agents to share their customer's experiences at resorts of interest. She was super responsive and patient throughout. Elena went beyond my expectations in adding a day to her trip and visiting the final 2 Dreams Resort options when she was in the Dominican Republic in November 2025. This led her to recommend Dreams Royal Beach, which was an excellent choice. We had wonderful time at that resort and can't thank Elena enough for all her help in making this a very memorable family celebration! I highly recommend Elena for all of your future travel needs.

Elena was patient and professional as she worked with the "team" to find the best possible location featuring all-inclusive resort, beautiful gradual beach, and lots of resources for kids for the 80th birthday celebration with the whole family. She even stayed an extra day to visit the last two "candidates" to offer insights and recommendations for the final choice. And what a winner it was! Thank you Elena!!

From the early stages of planning until the day I arrived home, Elena Neyman guided me through a wonderful vacation. She first helped me choose the appropriate cruise line and itinerary, advised me of beneficial discounts and package deals, and arranged hotels for before and after the cruise. When an unexpected need for a car service presented itself, I emailed from Europe and she arranged it immediately. I was well taken care of from beginning to end.
