I've completed The Travel Institutes TAP certification program and am currently working on my Certified Travel Associate (CTA) and CLIA Certified Cruise Counsellor (CCC) certifications.  As a proud member of CLIA, I've earned my Master of Adventure designation with Royal Caribbean and the Norwegian Cruise Line Masters Certification.
