Perfect Vacation!

My wife and I had never been to Mexico or to an all inclusive resort, but we knew it was time to check it out. We started looking around online, but were quickly overwhelmed. Where to go in Mexico? What makes a good all inclusive? In steps Cortni with her magic wand! Cortni has a passion for travel and helping others. Cortni took the time to ask lots of thoughtful questions about what we wanted and what was important to us. She came up with Catalonia Royal Tulum in Riviera Maya as our destination. This was a small, adults only all inclusive, surrounded by jungle with a gorgeous beach and many cenotes nearby to explore. Perfection! Cortni checked in several times leading up to the trip, ensuring all questions were answered. She made sure all of the logistics were arranged and sent us detailed travel tips for navigating Mexico. Cortni made herself available to help during the trip, but help was not needed due to her careful planning beforehand. My wife and I had an amazing trip and look forward to working with Cortni again for our future travels!

Amazing trip!

Cortni had every step of the way taken care of for us. Lots of communication back and forth at the beginning talking about different expenses and different things we were looking for in the trip. When it came time for the trip everything as far as transportation on all aspects was taken care of and easy going. Even on vacation when we had a couple questions she answered back almost right away and looked into some things and sent us the information we needed. Amazing communication all around! Will be having her book trips for us in the future. She easily takes away the stress of looking into prices and flights and trying to plan a trip. Would recommend her to anyone!

Cortni was amazing to work with! She took into account all of our preferences for our trip. Such as direct flights, all inclusive resort, adults only resort, and ocean view room. She did it all! The resort that she booked for us was outstanding, and would definitely stay there again. Also, I had many questions as it was my first international trip, she got back to me immediately and had all the right answers! Christmas magic!

My husband and I decided last minute to try to do a vacation for Christmas. I called Cortni to see if it was possible to plan a trip to Mexico in just over 2 weeks. She said “let’s give it a try”.
Within 36 hours I had a potential itinerary that was so perfect. I didn’t make any changes and it wasn’t just because I didn’t have any time to be picky.
She created an itinerary for us, and it was truly magical. She even held my hand through some chaos that the airline tossed at me and never once did she fail to reassure me it would all work out.
She even provided some helpful tips to avoid getting scammed while abroad!
She definitely took the stress off of last-minute vacation planning and helped us enjoy the holidays in the sun!

I contacted Cortni for recommendations on a small trip, 4 days, just to get away and celebrate two 40th birthdays. One message sent and everything from there Cortni handled beautifully. She gave a few options for us, and we chose one of those, as well as selecting a few optional items to our trip. Three generations making memories!

Cortni was willing to dive in at the last minute to try to plan our trip. There were 10 of us…three families, including four grandchildren. We were presented with many options and had a very good idea of exactly what we wanted. We pushed our trip out a year (land/cruise Alaskan tour) to book the perfect trip with the exact accommodations we needed. She was very helpful entering information on the website that was required and making suggestions for which excursions to book. She was very helpful when our flight times got changed several times and we needed to make other arrangements on another airline for the return flight and find a good rate at a stay and fly hotel for everyone. She even got us an on board credit when we were misquoted on something by Princess. From flights, transfer to hotel everything was spot on! Flawless experience, Cortni was available for every question I had and very responsive! She also helped plan a private yacht rental! Top notch experience and vacation! I am always looking for the best deal, I checked with family friend that is a travel agent, I looked at Expedia and booking right through the airline and hotels, Cortni’s price was more than 1000 bucks cheaper and I 100% felt backed up if something went wrong! Cancun Resort
