Very thoughtful Agent

I was planning our 15th year anniversary to the tropical paradise of Costa Rica. Amy was very helpful in finding an adults only resort, setting up ground transportation and booking all of our spa services. She recommended for me to purchase travel insurance; which I almost never do, but she was talked me into. This turned out to be an excellent suggestion; as we had to cancel our trip due to multiple weather system in Costa Rica. We received a full refund (minus deductible) within 72 hours. When we get ready to try again we will definitely call Amy!

Amy has planned several trips for me. Amy sets up great restaurants for each meal with the versatility to tour or sightsee and be right where we needed to be after! The beautiful hotel had easy access to King street and other areas that we wanted to explore. Great trip well planned! Thank you Amy!
