Rose has been a great help to us in securing lower air fares to Europe. She looks each week for such fares and then sets up our trip. She is always courteous, thoughtful in planning and implementation, prompt, skillful in finding helpful alternatives, and anticipates possible issues that may come up in the course of any trip.

Rose has planned several trips for us over the past few years. Every experience has been tremendous. She listens to our requests and offers excellent recommendations. We always feel confident that each trip will be exactly as we imagined. She recently planned a custom trip to Ireland for us that we will take in June 2016. We told her where and what we would like to see and she promptly put together a draft itinerary for us. Rose made some excellent suggestions and the hotels look great. We finalized everything in a couple of weeks and we can't wait to go! We are a party of 18 and everyone is really looking forward to the trip.
